I love the location to shopping and dining. I love the management and staff. I love the breakfast buffet, pool and room. if you stay be sure to eat at the Olive Mediterranean and Italian grill. you can walk to it across the street.

The noisy ice machine and the Samsung tv, some one had hacked the hotel programming probably to use their own device- I researched it it’s a thing! It took about 4-5 hours for it to reset and stop freezing up, I could not get it to work correctly. Help came immediately when I called twice. They were about to replace it when it finally rest.

I would like to give 10 stars to ANGELICA who was very helpful to an issue we had with our room. She resolved the issue with the quickness and even gave us a follow-up call to see if everything met our needs. It did! She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. A HUGE Thank you to her.

The breakfast was your standard free continental breakfast but a little under par. Variety and added fruit would be a nice addition.

Not one usb/phone charging station in room, breakfast closed at 9 instead of 10, pool was not open (south carolina??) Ice machines looked like 1960s I wouldn't trust them. Better deal online than with hotel iitself, too much $$

PRICES WAS A LITTLE HIGH PER NIGHT TO BE A OFF SEASON . 2-3 DAYS LATER WAS CONTACTED TO SEE IF I STAYED ANOTHER NIGHT WHICH WAS A SATURDAY NIGHT . I LEFT OUT ON THAT SATURDAY MORNING . WHICH TELLS ME THE ROOM WASN'T SERVICED THAT DAY FOR THEM TO BE CONTACTING ME ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT ANOTHER NIGHTS STAY..WAITING ON MY BANK STATEMENT NOW TO SEE IF I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 NIGHTS .

The person who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. She made the trip very enjoyable and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was delicious. The location is close to many things that we needed.

One day the hotel had a very bad smell in the lobby. The staff did what they could to get rid of it .

Friendliness of staff. Quietness of the rooms and cleanliness.

Missed having an extra corner chair in the room, did have the computer chair to use. Water pressure real low in shower.

What a wonderful establishment! The hotel was super clean and comfortable! The pool was amazing! It was a short walk to everything you needed including award winning restaurants!! The staff was so friendly, I could of stayed forever!!!

The only thing I didn't like was having to check out and go home but I'm sure I'll be back again!

Everything was nice including the desk clerk and the cleaning crew. Love the cleanliness and the quietness at hotel on top of walking distance for food and the plaza.

I don’t have any dislikes about the property. We stay here when we visit Greenwood & I have never had a bad experience.

If I needed a restaurant or a place to shop everything was close by.

The price could have been better. The last day I was there the hot foods that should have been hot was not it was cold.
