Oceans One Resort

The place was beautiful. Pools inside out were great. Front desk attendants were nice. Place was clean.

Living room Table leg was broke and we had to keep fixing it. Room key kept messing up. No coffee provided. And safety concerns. Had someone walk in and steal $ while my mother was sleep. Mother/grandma caught lady walking out saying she left a purse the day before. We was already there 3 days. Me & the kids were gone to pier. Had to make a police report. No cameras on the 9th floor. Was told could have been the subcontracted housekeepers with the master key. When provided number to subcontracted house keeping agency. The guy was already making excuses and was rude. Still an investigation going on. Mind you people are really being trafficked out here! Everything was great but the safety.

Room size was wonderful. Loved the views from the 18th floor and large balcony with ocean view. Bathroom storage was super helpful. Extra door locks were appreciated. Security guards present.

Shower curtains could have been cleaner. Dryer handle was broken. Despite it being a non smoking facility, we could smell marajuana smoke through the wall at night and sometimes when the balcony door was opened. Also heard a small dog yap frequently nearby even though no pets were permitted. The sirens on the main street were continuous and the loud music from the cars was at times annoying and drowned out the sound of the ocean waves. The beach was great, but the surrounding area felt unsafe and the boardwalk had a number of panhandlers.

It's a perfect location right on the beach...the rooms were nice and very comfortable

not clean enough. no staff on premises. pool was a bit dirty. garbage was in foyers and elevators on floor. during my 5 night stay never saw anyone cleaning up anywhere. my faucet broke in the master bath had to call for maintenance multiple times.

It was very convenient to everything and I liked the amount of space we had. As a family of 8 we had plenty of space with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The facilities need upgrades as the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are falling apart. The staff knew where nothing was located when asked about ice or workout facility. The appliances that were available in the kitchen were broken for example the coffee maker and the blender. There also should have been more toilet paper available in the room along with the showers needed a little drain cleaner as they were clogged in one of the bathrooms. Also the light bulbs need to be replaced within the facilities. It's important to do a run through when cleaning to ensure everything is up and up.

The view was absolutely amazing. The bed were really comfortable and I slept amazing. Having such great access to the ocean was fantastic and truly loved this part.

The lady had the front desk was rude, ignorant to so many people. Everyone we talked to asked simple questions and she would not give a straight answer. We asked for early check-in to actually enjoy the great hotel as we were leaving at 6 am for a fishing trip. And having a 4 pm check in is not idea for many reasons and it was a huge line up to for everyone to get there room. No ice machines or if there was no one could find them. Really wish we could have enjoyed more time here.

room rental came with one dvd rental ice machines and washer and dryer in the room nice fire pit by the pool

tv was too small in bedroom the pool and jacuzzi wall is very nasty and some the brick by the pool needs replaced - someone could fall

Location was convenient. Comfortable bedding.

Could've been cleaner. Bathroom floor was dirty. Dishes were in dishwasher from previous guests which to me says room wasn't thoroughly cleaned between guests. That made me feel a little uncomfortable considering covid is still around. Room wasn't what was shown in pictures. When room was booked it showed access to the balcony from the bedroom. That was an anticipated bonus for my birthday trip. That was disappointing to not be able to wake up looking at the waves. There wasn't a remote for the bedroom. Balcony furniture was dirty.

the room was very spacious & clean. the room for the size that it was stayed very cold. My dad enjoyed the view from the balcony but wished we where up higher.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was not clean had mildew rings in the toilet. I don't think a cleaning fee should be charged when they did not clean the room in the 5 days I was there I took out my own trash and vacuumed the floor. For the price of the room that should include the cleaning fee not an additional charge.

the condo was very nice & clean. it was right on the beach, which is as huge plus. the pools were cleaned every day and well maintained.

My daughter-in-law wanted to use the gym. she was disappointed that it was so small & didn't have a lot of equipment. Mrytle Beach as a whole appears to be run down. the beach was not as clean as I thought it should be, people really need to pick up after themselves! I was not comfortable outside after dark by myself, which was a first for me.
