The place was beautiful. Pools inside out were great. Front desk attendants were nice. Place was clean.

Living room Table leg was broke and we had to keep fixing it. Room key kept messing up. No coffee provided. And safety concerns. Had someone walk in and steal $ while my mother was sleep. Mother/grandma caught lady walking out saying she left a purse the day before. We was already there 3 days. Me & the kids were gone to pier. Had to make a police report. No cameras on the 9th floor. Was told could have been the subcontracted housekeepers with the master key. When provided number to subcontracted house keeping agency. The guy was already making excuses and was rude. Still an investigation going on. Mind you people are really being trafficked out here! Everything was great but the safety.

The tvs were outdated

It was very convenient to everything and I liked the amount of space we had. As a family of 8 we had plenty of space with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The facilities need upgrades as the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are falling apart. The staff knew where nothing was located when asked about ice or workout facility. The appliances that were available in the kitchen were broken for example the coffee maker and the blender. There also should have been more toilet paper available in the room along with the showers needed a little drain cleaner as they were clogged in one of the bathrooms. Also the light bulbs need to be replaced within the facilities. It's important to do a run through when cleaning to ensure everything is up and up.

The view was absolutely amazing. The bed were really comfortable and I slept amazing. Having such great access to the ocean was fantastic and truly loved this part.

The lady had the front desk was rude, ignorant to so many people. Everyone we talked to asked simple questions and she would not give a straight answer. We asked for early check-in to actually enjoy the great hotel as we were leaving at 6 am for a fishing trip. And having a 4 pm check in is not idea for many reasons and it was a huge line up to for everyone to get there room. No ice machines or if there was no one could find them. Really wish we could have enjoyed more time here.

not clean enough. no staff on premises. pool was a bit dirty. garbage was in foyers and elevators on floor. during my 5 night stay never saw anyone cleaning up anywhere. my faucet broke in the master bath had to call for maintenance multiple times.

Location was convenient. Comfortable bedding.

Could've been cleaner. Bathroom floor was dirty. Dishes were in dishwasher from previous guests which to me says room wasn't thoroughly cleaned between guests. That made me feel a little uncomfortable considering covid is still around. Room wasn't what was shown in pictures. When room was booked it showed access to the balcony from the bedroom. That was an anticipated bonus for my birthday trip. That was disappointing to not be able to wake up looking at the waves. There wasn't a remote for the bedroom. Balcony furniture was dirty.

room rental came with one dvd rental ice machines and washer and dryer in the room nice fire pit by the pool

tv was too small in bedroom the pool and jacuzzi wall is very nasty and some the brick by the pool needs replaced - someone could fall

the view was beautiful! Had a nice indoor pool and an outside pool ! they had a one ft pool for the kiddos to play in !

I felt like the room was a bit smaller then expected . the check in lady wasn’t the friendliest . the hot tub didn’t have enough water in it so the jets where spraying up out of the water , the jets in the bathtub didn’t work and I was pretty disappointed. I tried to clean the room and the broom didn’t have any bristles on it to sweep lol ! and there where a few bugs

The view to the beach was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Both pools were heated that was nice.

Some of the furniture was scribbled on/ damaged and definitely needs to be replaced. The smoke detector in the bedroom was hanging out of the wall and the room could have been cleaned a bit better. There were no towels at the pool. front desk never answered the phone.
