The room was comfortable and clean

I booked through bookings a room with a patio and a view. I got there and they told me they were overbooked so I didn't get the room I was expecting I was so disappointed and the gal that checked me in didn't tell me there was a change so i found out when I Opened the door to my room...pretty cheesy i thought they should have offered me something to compensate. All the lady said is i should have called them direct. Seriously unreal

Traveling from WI to SD Oacoma is my favorite stopping place along the Missouri River. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area very much.

There was a group on the outdoor patio which resulted in a noisy atmosphere on our outdoor porch. I couldn’t relax as I would’ve liked.

We were able to order a take-out meal so we could eat outside with our dog.

Alot of bird poop on the ground at the main entrance doors. We were given a second floor room which made it difficult to take our dog out several times.

Room was clean and comfortable. Our grand daughter's liked the pool and the room.

No plugin charging units for phones or our grand daughter's I Pads. Definitely need to improve plugins for charging devices.

Both dinner and breakfast were great!

I think it would improve your resort to recycle plastic containers. I saw numerous plastic water bottles and soft drink bottles in the regular trash. Please provide recycling containers even if it costs you a little time and money. It is environmentally responsible. Thank you!

Great location and the hotel had everything I needed (restaurant, bar, and marina).

The carpet in the hallway was being replaced the first day I got there, so it was a little noisy and dirty. The carpet was done the next day, so everything improved and was cleaned up

The room looked out onto the Missouri river. There is a large terrace area where you can watch the boats while having a drink and watch the sun set on the cliffs of Chamberlain on the other side. The staff was very friendly.

The view of the river was slightly obstructed by the roof of the outside terrace.

quiet, safe location

The pool was warm, but maybe a little too warm. The jets in the hot tub did not work well. The ongoing renovations seemed to be handled well to limit interference with guests, but it did limit access to parts of the grounds and that was not made clear when booking.

It was a very cute resort and conference center. We only stayed one night on our way through South Dakota. The restaurant on site has pretty good food, but could be a little pricey for some things. Beds were pretty comfortable. The staff was attentive as when we got to our room the smoke detector was beeping and they promptly brought a battery up and changed it.

Our AC in our room didn’t work right, it took it a while to get the room cooled down for our liking. How to turn the shower on was also odd and we had to ask about that because it seemed as if we didn’t have any water.

The property is in a nice place next to the Missouri River. The property is big and it has an indoor pool, game room and volleyball court outside.

The front desk lady was nice and running all over the place it seemed that she was the only one working, for the price they charge they should have at least more staff around to help. My key room wouldn’t open and a hotel guest told me her key also didn’t worked but she sort of pull the handle up down several times and it worked out fine for her. There was no free breakfast.
