ClubHouse Hotel and Suites

It is in a convenient location. A nice up to date furnishings and pleasant atmosphere. Room was l little smaller than expected but adequate. Our room had a comfortable king bed and a nice recliner. Breakfast was very good and served with real plates and silverware.

We have stayed at other hotels with similar amenities and just as nice a room for much less. Check in was at 3:00, we arrived on time but had to wait until 4:30 for room. Understandably due to shortage of staff due to Covid etc. However they could have offered a discount. After all we had to pay about $20 more to make reservation refundable and an extra $13 property service fee.

The entrance to the hotel is set up very nicely, particularly with the Christmas decor. There is a nice area to sit by the fire. The front staff is excellent. The rooms were clean with central air, which is a plus in Pierre, as most hotels have window units, which are very noisy and running all the time. It was quiet, so I had a great night sleep. The wifi speed was decent.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, as it was the same as in most other hotels in Pierre. A better selection of bagels would be nice. Improve the wifi speed.

The front desk personnel process the payment on a card. I told her not to on Saturday, I gave her a different card to be processed done, and that initial payment is still pending on my account. Not happy. Please expedite the refund of this transaction immediately.

The pool and hot tub were great and kid-friendly. The rooms and hallways were spot-free and clean. I used the laundry room that came with the hotel and it was also very clean and easy to use. The front desk had no problem with giving me quarters for it.

The prices for these rooms are outrageous. The hotel is beautiful and well-kept but really the prices to stay here are way over compared to other hotels in the city.

The room are spacious and had a sitting area with a second tv. Folks were welcoming of our family pup and staff was helpful in answering questions and accommodating our needs.

There wasn’t anything we did not Like!

The property is well located. Is clean. Staff is very friendly. My stay got extended through no fault of my own and the manager adjusted the rate for me to make it more affordable. There is an area where they have snacks to buy. Sometime late evening I would go get something and there would not be a desk person readily available so I would just take it and let them know in the morning to charge me for it! Very friendly and trusting!

Did not like having to call before 10:00 am to have room cleaned. I think it should be automatic that the room is cleaned daily

Breakfast was okay. Would have liked some fresh fruit. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice. A little worn around the edges.

Room was not ready until 4:30 pm. Short of housekeeping staff.

private courtyard in back was excellent fenced in so kids could run and had fire pits for adults to sit around connected to an excellent restaurant staff very nice all around great place had a great stay

Vey nice loved the spacious rooms. And the pool was small but soooo much fun lol. We will be back :) wrestling 2022 baby

Just tons of kids running in the floors till 12:00 am and u could hear yourself walking there wasn’t a lot of Barrier of the noise but just kids being kid I guess. Next year will request for 3rd floor

Had a great 4 day stay with our baseball team and families. Loved the gathering area and back yard area. Staff was wonderful !!
