We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Dollywood theme park. The hotel is lovely, the room was a reasonable size (we had a family suite) and had good, albeit noisy air conditioning. The hotel staff were SO friendly, from the receptionists to the cleaners, cafe staff and more.

I've never been to a hotel before where the valet staff at the front door were so totally uninterested in guests. As we arrived, I struggled up the hill from the car park with my daughter and 2 big suitcases and not only did nobody offer to help with our bags, or get us a luggage trolley, nobody even offered to hold the door open for us. The 3 men on duty just stared - they didn't even say good evening. I'd think it was a one-off but they were exactly the same when we checked out 2 days later and my suitcase got stuck on a carpet. They just watched me struggle in 100 degree heat. Disappointing first and last impression. If you're not paying the $25 for valet parking, don't expect anyone to acknowledge you, it seems.

I love the bakery and coffee shop. The gift shop was great. The staff were wonderful, especially helpful when you drove up anytime.

The room was not comfortable, the only blanket was a very heavy comforter. you would get too hot with it and too cold without it.. the temperature was hard to regulate for sleeping. The coffee in the room was not good. The pillows were hard and heavy. I’ve stayed in hotels that are much cheaper and much more comfortable. Y’all need to take a lesson from the Margaritaville Hotel and The Inn at the Biltmore.

Outstanding! Everyone was so friendly and the staff were very nice to talk too. They are all so kind and friendly.

When we first pulled up in June 26 at 10pm after flying for 12 hrs with 3 flight changes and renting a car from Knoxville the valet guy who greeted us seemed quite annoyed that we didn't know where to go and park. We apologized if we were in the wrong with driving up under the car porch by the front doors as we really had no idea who to talk too or how to direct ourselves with our luggage and our rented car. Some kindness and understanding we are tourists who sometimes not knowing how what when and where of a new resort. At 51 yrs old and traveling with my 18 yr old daughter for her grad gift to Dollywood sometimes an older gal like myself just needs a little time and patience but I'll get there and help you out in the process as well.

The cinnamon bread was delicious! A great way to start the day with cinnamon bread and coffee! The area is very beautiful, lots of trees and greenery! The park is exceptional! It is very cute and very fun! I love roller coasters! There were lots of them and they didn't disappoint. There were lots of restaurants and food around the park. We ate at Aunt Granny's. It was excellent! Lots of food and it was all good! We can't wait to come back and bring the grandkids! They would love the pool at the resort.

It got a little warm and crowded in the afternoon but those things couldn't be helped. Everything else was excellent!

Check in with Logan was a little choppy, at 4:40 pm he first say they didn’t have our room available and didn’t know when he would, then he said something came available… it was confusing and definitely not a warm welcome… also he kept pacing back and forth and we couldn’t really understand what he was saying very well so not the best check in but once in the room things were very good.

The strawberries that I had ordered to be waiting for us in our the room were not there, also the staff at the prime dinner buffet couldn’t answer a simple question “is there ketchup “ because “NO ENGLISH “

We loved this property so much. The grounds are beautiful and so is the resort itself. It’s truly a well thought out property. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The bathroom is also very nicely designed and clean. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and welcoming. Especially the valet staff, Jimmy W in particular. Wonderful man. The restaurant and lounge are great for breakfast and dinner and the outside areas with fire pits are so cozy. They even have s’mores in the evenings. It was a wonderful experience. Exactly what I expect from something Dolly Parton would do.

The shower pressure was nonexistent. Difficult to rinse out shampoo and conditioner.

Staff was great and room was clean

Wasn't aware that on Friday/Saturday nights, the buffet is $46 per person due to Prime Rib being served. I paid $46 for a child who only ate chicken strips & mac n chz. It cost $187 for a family of 4. It was good but not $187 good.

Overall awesome and beautiful place. The hottub was amazing! I love how the staff has hot apple cider and s’mores to randomly hand out. the buffet was great and had a lot of options for vegetarians and meat eaters.

I have same complaints as everyone else, indoor pool was not heated and was freezing, pool and hottub not open late enough. I was still satisfied and loved everything until time to sleep, literally the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on. my husband and I were constantly waking up all night long. He is very active and runs 10 miles every day with no joint or physical issues and we both had back and neck pain after sleeping on that bed. Due to that I would reconsider staying again. Other than that the place is great. We went in an off season and got a great deal on the room, I would not pay some of the prices I have seen the rooms advertised for normally.

Loved the location, area was not too busy but close enough to things we wanted to do. Property was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were great. We all felt very pampered! Enjoyed the on-site cafe and the s’mores around the campfire in the evening. My husband was pleased with workout room. I really loved the friendliness of every stall person I met - everyone was just so nice.

I wish the rooms were just a tiny bit bigger for the price but it was nice to have a separate room for the toilet in the bathroom. My husband wished there was a walking path of some sort, he didn’t see one.

Staff was awesome. Food buffet was good ..pool food was good

Buffet price was kind of high. Not many healthy options. They will push you aside at the check in podium and ask the people in line behind you " anyone have rsvp " someone answered yes we were politely asked to step aside while she handled them first and said " I'm sorry I have to take the rsvp first " ... A little degrading if you ask me. Room AC was loud as heck and blew on the bed all night. Carpet in room was dirty. Pool drinks 16 dollars and they come in a clear solo cup. In room dining the hand you plastic bags with food containers and say thank you..18% gratuity included..Same deal when you order by the pool ..here's your bag take out your food..lack of shady spots by pool at times
