The size of the room

Wish there was an ac vent in the bathroom Got hot Saturday night while sleep ac units on 62 but never got cold

The location was ideally located to see/do attractions in Pigeon Forge. The staff was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast had various options, and the room was nice and clean, just a little tight, space-wise, for two people.

My only complaint is that the internet didn't work most of the time, making it difficult to watch TV and relax after returning to the room from our day's excursions or in the morning for news. Or, if anyone needed to count on the internet service for any business matter, it would be impossible to complete tasks. I don't know if the surrounding hotels have the same issue; if not, Sleep Inn and Suites needs to update their internet service.

The breakfast was a continental type with two flavors of waffles which I enjoyed. They had blueberry or plain. They had various options of breads, yogurts, mini muffins, etc. The only thing I didn’t care for was the orange juice out of the machine because it was thick like concentrate. Our room was perfect for us as we just needed a comfortable place to sleep while there. The bed was very comfortable which is important to me with having a bad back. The shower was amazing because it was a walk in shower and I didn’t have to step in and out of a tub/shower combo. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice

Staff were super friendly, location was great (it was further back from the main road, but still within walking distance of attractions and restaurants), quiet area, very clean. I'd definitely stay here again!! :)

The elevator was in need of servicing (sounded like it could break down at any time), hallways and lobby were very hot and muggy

It was great and convenient. We spent two nights and even got our early check in. Latoya was great and pleasant. She needs a vacation, she works around the clock. It was a very nice experience and will stay again. Waffles and fruit and muffins for breakfast and the coffee was good.

Room was fantastic. Had a suite where you could watch TV separately from the bedroom.

There seemed to be a couple of areas where water was leaking in the ceiling and down the walls.

Nothing at all

It was clean. It had my favorite coffee creamer French vanilla. The beds were comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous, and it was a great location and the price was great

Really everything was good.

The receptionist was super friendly

The air conditioner could not keep it as cool as what I would like. The mattress was a little hard to my liking but otherwise was okay

Easy to get into and out of because it was at a red light. The hotel had been recently renovated and was very clean.

The only problem for me was the parking and that isn’t really a big deal at all.
