This facility appears to be rather new. The staff was very friendly. The coffee was pretty good. The breakfast was also pretty good with decent hot options such as eggs (powdered), sausage, potatoes, and a Texas-shaped waffle maker (what hotel in Texas would be complete without one?). We were very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and newness of the facilities. We would definitely recommend this place if you have business or family in the Beeville area.

Ample parking, very clean. All staff were extremely friendly.

Power outtage but that was really out of the hotels control since it was due to a storm. The ac did not work quite right afterwards though so it was a bit warm. The shower had a leaking issue. We had to lay towels down up against the edge of the shower floor to keep water from running out. So that was messy. We were on the 1st floor, directly behind the building was a home. Through the window you could see their property and its so close it was a bit uncomfortable to have the curtains open. In my opinion there really should be a fence there.

I loved the pool, and the friendliness of the staff. I liked the fact that when I arrived 12 hours before check in and was really tired. They allowed me to check in early for a small fee.

The smell of the inside of the building, my room didn't smell at all but as soon as I'd walk in the building, it smelled like someone used old paint to paint with.

one of the front desk staff members i interacted with approached me with an unpleasant greeting.when getting checked in they spoke so fast you didn’t even understand a thing they said. over all being greeted and being a front desk clerk is so important especially for potential returning guest.

The room was one of the bigger ones, and it was really nice. I have zero complaints about our stay. I definitely recommend staying here if you need a place to stay in Beeville. You get good quality, and service for a fair price.

No complaints

I usually measure the quality of a hotel by how clean the room floor is. I find more often than not my socks are dirty by the end of the day. NOT HERE! Walking around the room in and out throughout the day and my socks they weren’t filthy. It’s clean and everyone was friendly.

I have only two pretty insignificant complaints. 1. The lobby smells a little funky. 2. Their breakfast ends far too early (9am).

Check-in was very easy. Entering the room, it had a good smell to it. The room was very clean. Restrooms are very clean. Beds were Nicely made. And you could tell they were clean blankets. And my kids enjoyed the pool. Also. Breakfast was awesome.

The value, great rate for a last minute trip. Also like that they are pet friendly.

Customer service could have been better. We left the tag on our door requesting housekeeping service and returned to a note on our door stating they saw the do not disturb sign and did not clean. My husband thought it was a joke, however we opened the door and they did not clean. After a long day at the beach with two dogs we just wanted to shower and eat dinner, not clean up. I called the front desk and she didn’t offer an apology or anything. My husband went down to get towels and drop off the trash from our first nights dinner.
