Brandi was great at checking us in and very helpful and so kind. She was great with my daughter, made us feel super welcome. My daughter spilled hot chocolate In elevator and when I told her she never got mad or seemed upset like other ppl have . Best stay ever

Everything was great

Loved the Western art throughout the hotel. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows.

It seems like Booking.com reservations always get lousy placement. We were right next to the elevator and could hear the cables ALL the time. Also coffee pot was very awkward for a short person to use, and not easy to move to desk because of short cord. Breakfast was VERY busy - impossible to use waffle iron, had to wait a little for biscuits. Rest of breakfast was great.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to help with whatever was needed. The hot breakfast fare was adequate. Rooms were pretty clean and spacious. The furnishings were modern and comfortable.

Our room was located in a noisy area, especially in the evening. The exterior areas needed some attention. I wish that the rooms were cleaned daily. One does need to request this.

Location was perfect for me for what I needed to do. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The outside of the building was clean and inviting so was the lobby. I felt safe staying there.

The towels had stains on them and they left a toilet plunger in the bathroom. And taking a shower was a challenge. The shower wand keep falling

Traveling with an elderly family member can present challenges, but La Quinta always has a lovely suite near the front desk or elevator. The refurbished rooms and suites on the fourth floor are luxurious and their staff are very friendly and helpful.

A luggage cart with broken wheels 😊 but the lady at the front desk kindly stopped us and steered us towards a good one!

Best hotel breakfast since pre-pandemic days. Lots of non-meat options; lots of condiments for the waffles. Bathroom was nice. Room was very large. Separate seating area.

It seemed like it was opened before it was completely ready. The seating area had a sectional couch in one corner and a very large open space, where you might expect a small table. In the lobby there was a small anteroom where you might expect to find luggage carts, but there were none.

Breakfast was good, rooms are clean and comfy. Staff always helpful and smiling facilties are as expected.

wifi was difficult to connect to and kept dropping out.

I wish the main shower head worked, but we were placed in a handicap accessible room, so it does make sense as to why it didn’t. The shower was still functional though.

Pricing is pretty high but understand why it is so. Price of rooms per night were comparable to other hotels in the area. Still quite high.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly! Room was very nice. This place is so super pet friendly (I didn't have mine with me) that they have dog treats at the front desk. The breakfast was a good variety and tasty. I will stay there again for sure.

If I had to mention anything I didn't like....it might be that they ran out of waffle mix my last mornin there and I didn't get one. But there were plenty of other choices.
