The outside of this hotel had me trying to remember what I saw when I booked..... but when I walked in the lobby to check in, all that faded away. The owner/manager was extremely welcoming and friendly, and the lobby was extremely clean, and they had awards on the wall for their facilities! My room was very clean and comfortable. I LOVED the added touch of water bottles and a trail mix snack! Breakfast was simple but filling; coffee and cereal and muffins and yogurt. I did not leave hungry. I'll book this hotel in the future. This place is definitely worth its price, just remember to not judge a book by its cover!

The property was very nice clean. Front office guy was so very nice and very friendly. Great hospitality The rooms very clean. We normally stay in very upscale hotels like Embassy suites. Well they can learn something from Coach light inn. First hotel I been in that have bottles of water and snacks in your room for you with out charging you. Thank You a great touch

Everything was very good

Liked the blinds that kept the room dark. Like the quietness of the area and beds were comfortable. Besides the bad I would stay again if only for one night as the price was suitable. If anyone needs a room for one night yes I recommend.

The guy at the front desk. Not very pleasant. The toilet, when flushing I'm sure my son in Houston heard every time I went to the bathroom, terribly loud and one must hold the handle down for it to flush. The breakfast sweets were ok but I like creamer in my coffee and your creamers were spoiling because they turned bad in my coffee.

We stayed one night to go visit the junior college. The location was very good for that. You don't have to fight a lot of traffic to get to the school from there. It is also close to some restaurants. The parking is right up to the building. There is a lamp with outlets next to the beds. The room was also very clean and comfy with a large TV and fridge and a microwave. The front desk man was very engaging and gave me an idea of where to eat and directions to the college. They also had two bottles of water and a trail mix on the table in the room. The breakfast had a good selection. They had brought in some kalachis from a bakery. They also had cereal, milk, juices, coffee, fruits, granola bars, pastries and yogurts. The room also had 2 pre pasted tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, coffee maker with coffee and kleenex. If i was back in the area i would stay there.

The walls are not very soundproof but luckily my neighbors quieted down around 11:00 pm.

The price cannot be beat. My husband had to go to MD Anderson for treatment. I was traveling with him but stayed at the hotel for a work conference call. We were able to checkout 1.5 hours late with no issue. The unit was clean. It had a large fridge which was nice. The only thing it needed was hangers but we had are own. We will definitely stay here again.

The Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, just cinnamon rolls, cereal, fruit and coffee. I wish they provided a full breakfast with eggs, bacon and a hardy meal. This location is nice and I understand that they aren't set up for a kitchen that would be needed for such a breakfast. I do think they should state that the breakfast is only a continental breakfast. The room was nice roomy and had a large refrigerator and even a cooktop stove, which would be nice if you planned ahead to bring something to cook. We usually only eat breakfast at the hotel and the rest we eat out.

The breakfast needs to be better. No complaints of the rest. Very nice staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Obviously remodeled recently. Liked the small kitchen table setup. Huge tv.

The ac/heater unit turned on and off all night (like every 5-10 minutes). It made an awful racket, but it was 40s at night. Room couldn't keep temp without it, probably due to no weather stripping around door. I told front desk to have someone service it. Also, near the main roadway/nightly raceway? Sounded like the indy500 out there. I was tired, so still slept.

I really liked the cleanliness of the room, comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and safe. There was a continental breakfast w/ coffee, cereal, toast, juice, fresh fruit and yogurt. Nothing outstanding but ample and appreciated. Exceptionally priced rooms and nice, friendly folks at front desk. Will absolutely stay again if my kid goes to Blinn!

We liked everything. Easiest tv remote I've come across in awhile.

this property was extremely clean. There were even some extras in the bathroom like the toothbrushes, which you don’t usually see at a motel. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s an older property could use a little TLC, but everything was functional and clean
