As a OTR/Over The Road Truck Driver I find great relief in knowing that my Truck is in a safe location when I'm not in it , This location offers great parking lot for big rigs with or without Trailer , Across The Parking Lot is a great Restaurant that offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Fair Prices . Absolutely a Great Location .

I would suggest upgrading beds , blankets and Towels.

The value and cleaness of the rooms

The bed was a little harder than what I am use to. But it gave me a place to sleep.

Hallway carpets looked new. Property was clean. Checkin and checkout was quick.

Refrigerator was not working. No coffee or breakfast were provided in name of COVID. Bathroom was small and all items inside the room were old.

Bathroom is dirty, old, needs updating, the fridge has no freezer, no hairdryers, lots of noise out side in the night time hours

Wasn't super far from a whole lot, and there was a kitchenette in the room.

Card on file was charged ahead of time when the Booking indicated that I could pay on arrival. Was told that if I hadn't checked in by 3 so they would not be"out" the cost of the room if I no showed, they needed to run my card in case I decided to cancel. That should have been red flag number one but when evacuating from a hurricane with two cars of family, you do what you have to. Lock battery needed to be changed when we first arrived which should have been another indication that something was off but when you're in dire need of a place to sleep, you find a way to deal. Upon entrance there was a musky, stale smell in the room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and one of the bed skirts. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. Sketchy characters all around the property. Toilet leaked on the first day and backed up on the 2nd, required a plunger from the office. Room above us decided to let their kids stampede back and forth until they tuckered themselves out. The last night in the room, a/c decided it didn't want to work anymore and the bugs decided to make their grand entrance.
