Good location for a late night stop. Parking was free.

We waited at least a good 10 to 15 min on someone to come and check us in. We've driven 12 hrs. One girl came to the desk said she couldn't log in to check us in. We waited for her to call the other person who was apparently trying to get wifi to someone. They said that they had no training on how to fix wifi that they wasn't able to check us in on the computer but gave us the key. Said we could get checked in when we checked out because I wanted to use my military discount. An hour later I got an email I was checked in. Being that, I didn't get my discount.

The hotel staff, housekeepers did a great job. The room itself was great and the bed was cozy.

I would have liked the parking area to be more discrete for security reasons. I would have liked an area where my car would not have been seen by other cars driving by on the main road.

It was a great location in which I didn't have to drive far to our destination. Service and breakfast were good. The bed was so comfortable.

I also had some issues with the wi-fi connection. Other than that, I had a great stay.

The facility was great.

The hotel was difficult to get into from the road, and there wasn't enough parking. And the room was designed for people much taller than we are. I wanted a stool to climb into bed, and I was unable to reach the shower head to adjust it. I am normal height - 5'3".

Absolutely enjoy my stay every time. It's always clean and neat. Staff is always so friendly. Breakfast is always warm and great tasting. Love the Texas shaped waffle maker!

It is clean and quiet. The rooms are roomy and had plenty of towels and coffee. The location is nice to reach events nearby. It is nice to have covered parking.

It was extremely difficult to procure a bottle of water. They should have basic amenities easier to access. If you didn't have cash, you couldn't get even a water.

I have friends in Columbus and I came to shop in Round TopI don’t eat breakfast normally so I didn’t eat I really enjoyed my stay and I always go to the shops in town

The staff was phenomenal. Also the hotel was spotless. Location was super convenient to the highway/interstate, as well as shopping (Wal-Mart, HEB, etc.)

The breakfast was on the uninspiring side, but it was free, so I can't really complain.

Only one door. Instead of having one the opened under covered parking. A bad storm blew in during my stay, I got soaked because I had to walk around where no covering was. If there was a door next to the elevator it would have been awesome.

(not a big deal) Restroom door in room wouldn’t close and lock. (a little frustrating) They only have 1 elevator in the whole building. (disappointed) We had booked for 2 nights and my room key/card was deactivated after the first night.
