Friendliness and courteous of the front desk. Love that they explain that my room was not ready and my other option I had for another room. . The room was clean and the beds were comfortable loved they offer detergent and other stuff for sale to wash clothes there, I ran out of time and didn't take advantage of it.

Everything was great, but the grandsons loved that the pool looked cleaned and blue but were sad that they couldn't get in it early on the morning before we left.

Excellent location off of I-35 interstate. Easy access for travelers. We liked the updated rooms and found the beds to be very comfortable. The grounds, pool and facilities appeared to be well kept. Great value. We will stay here again next time we stay in the area.

We did not enjoy our noisy neighbor in the unit above us. We could hear him/her walking back and forth. Maybe carpeting would help silence/reduce the noise.

the staff are always friendly, I always choose to stay here when I’m staying close to my parents . the rooms are great everytime I’ve stayed it’s been clean and smelling nice when you walk in . has a pool and outdoor area worth the money for sure . I’ll continue staying here it’s one of the nicer places for the price

Being so close to the highway we didn't notice to much the noise. Overall very good value for the price and 30 min to downtown San Antonio , 1h 20min to Rio Frio and 1h to Comal river. Definitely we will comeback.

Bed mattress need a change, our sunk in the middle and the pillows were very stiff....was quite uncomfortable to sleep, otherwise we liked the room size, bathroom size , cleanliness.

The shower pressure was the best ever!!! Loved that they were dog friendly. If was clean.

My only negative is that we didn’t have coffee pot in the room and a breakfast . Blow dryer was not strong enough.

liked everything about property except walls issue.

walls super thin. couple in next room kept us up most of the night having sex and banging bed against wall. then when man fell asleep we were kept up with his snoring.

The large rooms, the fresh towels every day, the clean pool, having a small refrigerator in the rooms. Like the location of the snack machine and ice maker and that there is a small laundry room available for the guests.

The only thing that we saw that needed improvement is where the entrance is located to get to the hotel. They were in the middle of remodeling the rooms so the floors were not in the best shape with still having the old carpet in the rooms. But did accommodate us on our first night with a different room our first night of our stay because our room we had reserved was not available. Needs a small coffee pot in the rooms being as there is no breakfast at the hotel.

Property was clean and the owners greeted us with a smile and were very friendly.

The air conditioning unit was a bit loud and didn’t quite cool the room enough

Was there a breakfast? I didn’t see anywhere that there was breakfast.

The only issue I had was there was no coffee maker in the room.

Everything was there bbq pit, swimming pool,mini fridge,and a microwave
