Rate was very reasonable, especially since we booked last minute, parking lot was very well lit, which made us feel safe, staff was excellent, room was very big, beds were super comfortable, overall great hotel, will absolutely recommend.

I liked that the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
I didn't like that I reserved a suite with a king size bed and with a jacuzzi but when I got to the hotel they had tp put is in a room with a king size bed and handy cap accessible didn't even have a tub just a stand up and had to hold water dispenser to shower. I went to the front and switched to a 2 bed room but that's not what I paid for. Also the hand towels in the room were all stained with yellow and brown. I also didn't like that it also says free breakfast but when I went down stairs they said they didn't have free breakfast.

Night management was okay. But the guy in the morning was horrible, mean, loud, and disrespectful. All this over, my wife was asking for a pillow. Of course, when I walked down, his attitude changed. We booked a four night stay and left that morning. That put 4 people in a room with one king-size bed. Blame me, but I even showed him where I added the ages of my kids and my dogs. He charged me for my dog but didn't see where I added the kids. Stop. Never going back.
