Nice and clean

Not prepared for breakfast. Thursday morning, my family and I go to eat at 8 am and there are no eggs, bacon and the only biscuit was hard as a rock and no batter for the waffles. I was told by the day manager that they didn't get a truck in with supplies but after I complained we got bacon and waffle batter. I'm don't understand why someone couldn't go to Walmart across the street and buy eggs. Seemed like they didn't care about breakfast. I was very disappointed.

Pet friendly is what we needed for this trip and is the reason we selected this La Quinta. We used to pool and hot tub as well. The location was key to our selection.

We had to get on the road at 6:30am. We planned on eating breakfast at 6:00am. I work early and I went to the gym at 5:00am and it would not open. I went to the desk and the manager was napping. I ask him if the gym was open and he said no, it unlocks at 6:00am. I asked him if he could unlock it for me and he said no, he would get in trouble. If this is the policy, then this is something that could be done better. I was diverted to walking outside in shorts, in 38 degree weather. Thank you.

The location was perfect. The hotel front desk clerk recommended a place for us to eat so we were able to get there before things closed for the evening. We had traveled a long time and been held up by a closed highway for about an hour, so the comfortable room was very welcome.

There were footsteps from 2:00-3:30 am in the room above us. I am guessing it was a dog. That woke me up and kept me away, but it wasn't the hotels fault. The ice machine on our floor wasn't functioning. Those are my only complaints.

The only thing was wrong ... for that it being a pet friendly hotel .. my room kinda had a smell like pet urine that it wasn't shampooed before me

Everything. A good location not too close to the main highway & easy to access. There's ample parking for various sized vehicles. The facility is well maintained inside and nicely landscaped outside. Rose bushes and a few trees make it very welcoming. Also, It has bags & trashcans for those of us traveling w/ dogs.

Nothing

Super nice manager on duty the day we checked in. She was very efficient and pleasant to work with. Location was great and easy to find. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay with a few choices. Facility was clean with lobby and breakfast areas pleasant.

The only negative for the room was the fact that the bathtub had mold/which is not acceptable. Grandchildren wanted to swim after a 13 hour drive but due to Covid precautions they had to wait for a time spot when no-one else was in pool, not sure that corporate has a clue to hospitality as for how important a pool is to travelers. There was also a large room with a couch and large TV with a pool table but the 30 or so guys from some oil related company that also stayed at facility, took this area over so two teenage girls were confined to their rooms as did not feel safe for them to enjoy area.

I love that it is pet friendly and the pet fee for 2 dogs is very reasonable. they also have the most luscious grass to walk the dogs on, all around the property.

They have the BEST WAFFLES! Best self waffle making set up have seen yet! One main reason we will return!!( I'm a health nut but couldn't resist indulging). Even have good sugar free syrup should u choose;) Very comfortable beds! Great pillows-Love the towels!! Super clean- best room layout- best hotel layout- big refrigerator- great location and parking easy. Awesome tv game room w pool table- nice pool. Business area super nice set up and convenient- it all works;)

If you like a good cup of coffee in the morning you will be very disappointed. You can seriously see the bottom of the cup it is so weak-- it was the same both days every time we went down for a cup. Luckily they have Loves truck stop and, a Starbucks inside the United (if u like Starbucks). Or hint- use the coffee maker in your room;) Oh and the toilet paper is the worst- bring your own;)

The entry to the Motel off the highway had a 12'' drop and was not marked properly and my vehicle bottomed out. I almost Tore up the under body of my truck. this needs to be fixed.A smaller vehicle would be damaged.

Traveled with spouse and large dog…pleased there was no extra charge. This makes staying a perfect night. We were on the first floor, could hear the people above us walk across the floor. Breakfast was good, but ran out of juice quite quickly. Room was clean and towels were plentiful.

Bed was okay but not great.
