It was clean , breakfast worker was nice and friendly. Good location

We chose to stay here versus another place because of the indoor pool . The pool was not open and we had 3 very disappointed kids . This place was nice and clean but had we k own the pool was closed we would have stayed at the other place . We paid the higher price because of the pool . I think that if the pool is closed it should state that on the web page . It’s false advertising to say that the pool is an amenity when it’s closed .

The property and amenities were in very good shape, clean and ready for us in every way. Sammy was very helpful with our late night check in. It was very nice to have someone professional, friendly and knowledgeable that made check in super easy. Everything was perfect for our stay and we will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The location was convenient. Our 2 dogs were allowed no problem. The staff is friendly and responsive. It was mostly clean. We liked the indoor pool and hot tub.

The chair in our room was ripped and the room wasn't sparkling clean... Saw finger prints and dust on headboard, things like that. Also, the hot tub kinda had a funky smell coming from somewhere around it.

The staff was the best part. They were amazing, particularly Melanie, who checked us in! She was so helpful and friendly, making sure we had the best stay possible.

I can’t think of a single complaint. Very well maintained property, great location and excellent staff.

My room was nice and big as I expected

When I got back to the room the second night my key would not work so I had to go down and get another one but that was just something that happened sometimes

It was all good. The TV could have used updated but it worked fine.

The swimming pool was like ice water

big rooms, very comfortable and accommodating for us and our pets, your pet policy is what has us coming back

Liked that it was a two room suite with TV in both rooms. Bed was comfy. Apparently the pullout sofa was also comfy because grandson slept like a log!

Pool was ‘closed for maintenance’. Breakfast was grab and go instead of hot breakfast buffet.
