Breakfast options were good. I liked the size of my suite and the lobby and breakfast are were attractive

Cleaner bathroom in my suite. The hotel did not have a charging station for my EV and this cost me a lot at area charging stations, not to mention the amount of hours spent charging elsewhere when I could have had more time with my family. Kitchen needs more pots and pans of smaller sizes

The location is great. The staff is nice.

It’s starting to show some wear due to its age. The lights and electric outlets by the bed didn’t work. The refrigerator made a clicking sound. We were also disappointed to see the bath soap and shampoo had not been refilled, but that was easy to remedy. But, overall, everything was nice.

Great location with plenty of restaurants in close proximity. Front desk staff were friendly and really understand what great customer service is! Room was a great size and very comfortable.

My room was cleaned very poorly - mainly the kitchenette area. The chairs had food in them, the counters were wioed down well and the floor was sticky and not mopped. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff immediately, but due to the lateness and the experience at the first hotel I tried for the evening, I opted to remain in my room versus relocate to another.

This location was very conveniently located to everything one might want when staying in a hotel, such as shopping, groceries, etc. In addition, every staff member went above and beyond expectations.

There were too many loud dogs …not the fault of the property but I didn’t know pets were allowed here. If I had, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. again, however, this is not their fault. It is my own for not researching.

Nobody went to clean my room, we had bath trash and we wait all day to someone came to clean. I didn't knew if we needed to call them or just they clean regularly. Thank you all other things was really good.

The room was incredible. The breakfast was clean, the manager was nearby to help with any request. Pool area clean and nor overly chemical. It was truly enjoyable, start to finish.

The night clerk was not overly friendly, but certainly not rude either.

The hotel was super nice! The indoor pool was great, and the hours were perfect. The kids really enjoyed swimming! The room was spacious, with a full kitchen and FULL size fridge! Loved that! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Will be back!

Great hotel and location. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. The pool and outdoor patio areas were very enjoyable.

it wasn’t clear when booking what the extra fees were for dogs. we ended up paying $100 as we stayed more than two nights.
