My room was very clean and staff was very friendly. This location is primarily for people renting for extended stays, but I found it very convenient and useful for my overnight stay. I also saved a great deal of money versus my hotel for last year's Southwestern University homecoming.

The street where the hotel was located was not marked from the I 35 frontage road, and I had to circle around past Inner Space Caverns to find it. This was really TDOT or City of Georgetown's fault, but for new renters, for may want to mention they should take the next road past Thousand (whatever it was).

I really liked the walk-in shower and the towels were so nice. I didn't hear any traffic noise even though I was on the front side.

No ice machine (I did find out later that there were ice trays available, but I don't believe there was any Ro water). A small breakfast area with pastries or light fare would have been nice, but for the price I paid, I was not that concerned. Now I know when I return to that area.

The room had everything you could possibly want. Refrigerator, sink, microwave, and stove. There was plenty of storage space for kitchen supplies for extended-stay. While we did not need it, there was plenty of room for a wheelchair to get around and the bathroom had all of the features a senior person might need, including seating in the shower. Management was very hands-on in the lobby opening doors, and assisting, however, needed. There was a power outage in the city the night we stayed, and my husband was in the elevator. Management stayed by the elevator the entire time until the fire department came to open the door. The bed in our room was very basic, but not at all uncomfortable. The pillows were not great as someone else had suggested,but all in all, it was a great value. We will definitely stay there when we go back to Austin to see family.

Comfortable room and bed. Effective air conditioning. Pleasant staff. Nice having a coffee machine and vending machines onsite. Conveniently located near the caves attraction.

Would have been nice if some plates cups cutlery were included since there was kitchen-y area, but no big deal.

There was no breakfast there. We ate out.

It would be money well spent to install an ice machine and put a small coffee maker in each room. When I have to get up first thing in the morning, get dressed and go down to the lobby in order to get myself and my spouse cups of coffee then try to open doors and elevators with hands full it is very inconvenient. You have vending machines that sell cold sodas but no ice to pour it over!

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was beneficial for my traveling purposes in the area.

The room had a odd smell. The water leaked on the floor from the shower. There was a small gap where it wasn't sealed properly. Had a slight issue with the TV, but the morning front desk attendant fixed the issue.

There was no breakfast provided. Hotel was clean and safe. Location was good. Quiet enough for sleeping. Desk personnel was friendly and helpful.

There were not enough toiletries provided. The hallways had unpleasant smell. The elevator had strong unpleasant odor and one of our rooms had strong unpleasant odor.

Great room with full size fridge, microwave and double hot plates. Love the sofa to relax and do paperwork.

The exercise room was closed early in the morning so I had to go to planet fitness two miles away.

The general manager at the front desk Erek was unfortunately overwhelmed with how busy it was but he still made time for us which I really appreciated!

Serve no breakfast, elevator stank so bad everyday, & people dogs just be walking round unattended.
