We had a family trip to Graham this weekend We rented a non-smoking room, but you still get the constant smell of cigarettes.

I liked the price of the room and that it was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located next to Walmart in town, which is good. Man in the front was nice.
I didn't like that when I went to the second floor the stairs looked like they were uneven and the balcony looked crooked. It seems like the 2nd floor balcony is held up by wood whenever it should be held up by steel because the walkway is concrete so that's why it looks like it's leaning.

They were doing renovations and didn't let people know before booking. The clerk was helpful when I asked for assistance and the location is good near food and Walmart.
The room floor was incredibly dirty, the toilet was not secured to the floor (i almost fell off...) But the floor was so dirty even after I asked them to wipe it, i had to wear shoes at all times.

convenient, good price
stated it was fully remodeled. there were several items that had not been completed. ceiling lights in bathroom not covered, gaping hole, faucet on tub was very loose, about to fall off, carpet looked fairly new but had what looked like mud or tile grout on it. 4 cup coffee pot with a one cup coffee packet and no coffee cups, just plastic water cups. The towels were thin and had a chemical smell.

When I asked for towels, Lady asked me to bring the used towels to Laundry room on a different floor. She was not pleasant or even nice when asking me to do it.
