There are so many things to love at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to so many things including a QT, what is there not to love about that? The cleanliness was amazing, it smelt and looked so clean, it was very inviting. The breakfast was outstanding, there were so many choices. Having a fully stocked suite was very convenient, we had a late dinner delivered to us, and it was nice that there were utensils and plates in our room. The room itself was so spacious and laid out so nice, and that AC worked like a dream.

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the bed, it was a little to firm for me.

We were blown away by this hotel! The complimentary drinks and "snacks" on Mon-Wed evenings were an unexpected, lovely bonus! The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast and night time snack bar had a lovely variety and was continuously restocked. We loved the outdoor patio area. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Conveniently located off the highway, but not overly noisy. Honestly didn't want to leave the property! Wouldn't mind living there! Would definitely return!

The only thing that I would say the property skimped on was the scratchy toilet paper and facial tissue. Also, I'm not a fan of body wash in the pumps, so the tiny Dove bar was not sufficient for our family's stay. It's a bit tricky to get into the parking lot because of the divided highway, but later figured out to turn in by the gas station next door to bypass this.

Had to wait almost a hour to get into my room For some odd reason there wasn't any syrup for my waffle so a waffle was wasted There was a full length mirror behind the bedroom door that wouldn't close because the bed was in the way.

Room was very good sized and clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows to choose from. Shower has wash, shampoo & conditioner available and sink area separate from shower has hand soap & lotion available. Liked the mini kitchenette with full size fridge & stove top.

Wonderful facility, comfortable and clean

I asked to have my receipt emailed to me and I slowly spelled my email to the staff, I still have not received it. This is an issue for me as I have had several times w other booking facilities where I gage charges I shouldn’t have and my email was vital in fixing the charges.

It was a very nice stay because the room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was above average and I liked the kitchen supplies too. The supplies of shampoo and conditioner was very convenient because they are not the small usual containers.

The staff didn’t inform me that the lobby would close at 10pm or ask me for my husband's name when I mentioned that he would be arriving after me.

The staff were very professional and courteous. The property was very neat, location was excellent. Truly loved my stay there.

Clean, breakfast was great, loved that they had fresh fruit. the shower pressure was great, had hot water, the rooms were so spacious

that they didn’t have the options to get fountain drinks 24/7.

There’s nothing negative I can say about the property. Everything was wonderful and clean.

The staff was great. The lady that checked me in could have did a better job on checking to see if there were available carts. After over 20 minutes, I asked a different staff if there were any carts. She looked on the cameras and instantly found an available cart on the 2nd floor. I wish the lady that checked me in would have thought to do that…

great breakfast! also had a free happy hour with food! staff was very accommodating and friendly! had a kitchen and a couch ! we were just passing through wish we had more time to stay !

toilet paper was quite stiff and hard! Not a deal breaker though!
