Close to the airport, close to diferents restaurants, parking feels safe,people working there were nice ,I loved my room, big enough ,clean, bed was perfect.

Breakfast was good as always, and the main reason I always choose Holiday inn Express, convenient and delicious breakfast. BUT the lady serving and cleaning the kitchen was a bit too much, I believe she think, she own holiday inn Express, WHY? As a mother of a 5 y/o child, I let my child to be a bit independent serving his own breakfast and choosing what he wants to have for breakfast, of course always under my supervision, The lady, didn’t let my child press the OK button to start making pancakes. SECOND same lady DENIED SUGAR PACKAGES to my husband 🤣😂😂😂😂 Funny for me but that was a racist encounter to my husband. Thank god I was able to calm him down. Besides that, I’m satisfied with room cleanliness and front desk staff.

Breakfast was good and so was most of staff.

Arrived at property late at night as indicated on my reservation. Upon arrival rang doorbell as door to reception was long. Initially rang door bell a few times with no answer. Decided to call desk from my cell phone. I made back to back calls, letting the phone ring and ring. I could actually hear desk phone ringing. After nearly 5 mins, night clerk walked up to desk and allowed me in. It was CLEARLY visible that she had been asleep. She seem bothered by my presence and was less than friendly with a few property related questions I presented,, pointing me to "Google" for answers.

It was close to where I needed to be. It was clean. Heather was very helpful and joy at the front desk. Mary who worked in the kitchen for breakfast was helpful. She put out coffee even at the end of breakfast. Great staff and the my room was clean.

There was a buzzing noise in my room.

I loved it . Cream and they had all I want to. Only the shower wasn’t great . But I still could use fine . I loved front desc her name Maria . She was really care the customer . Thank you so much . I’m really appreciate it to her .

I loved everything about the hotel. The staffs are very welcoming and the cleaners did a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

Well i didn't really hate anything about the hotel but i have a recommendation. If toothpaste can be put in the rooms. I actually forgot to buy toothpaste so i was stranded.

Very nice receptionist when I first went in welcomed me in. The room was very clean and had everything I needed when I stayed in. My stay at this hotel was super excellent definitely coming back to this hotel again

There wasn't one thing I didn't like at this hotel. My stay was perfect

staff was fantastic across the board-very professional. room and hotel was very clean overall. price was reasonable-huge breakfast spread.

only complaint was I found a cockroach in my room. that was the only one and bugs do get in, but I hate cockroaches.

staff not friendly with one exception, young man was friendly and helpful. Everyone else not friendly at all.

I needed a handicap accessible, there was no shower, no shower chair. no blankets.

Cleanliness and comfort...

I came to have some alone time and relax,but the young lady at the front desk connected someone who's been harassing me to call my room phone,and after that I couldn't relax,I was very upset!
