It was nice. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Staff was very friendly and professional.

They didn't have many snacks to choose from. I saw at least 2 Lil roaches.

The room was comfortable, and only slightly noisy due to the open atrium combined with the floor I was on. Kids being loud next door didn't help either, but it's a hotel and they are kids. Hard to hold that against La Quinta. Breakfast was the standard hotel fare, the coffee was good, and I love the waffle machine. The location was convenient for my event with plenty of free parking, it was a block off Westheimer on a quiet side street, and there were good restaurants in walking distance.

Nothing really, it was fine all things considered.

I really liked the cleanliness and security of the hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable as well.

One staff member was extremely rude!and didn’t even let me get my complete sentence out before rudely interrupting me with the answer no then hanging up. All I was trying to do was ask about using the vacuum. He could’ve simply said no ma’am the vacuums are only for our safe, would you like for me to send housekeeping ? Instead of No, No then hanging up.

Room was not an issue except for lower water pressure in Shower

Breakfast was a disappointment 😩 Over ripe bananasi were out both days of our stay. Waffle griddle was full of baked on crust. There should have been a staff member monitoring breakfast. I asked a staff member to reflll coffee! After waiting 30 minutes, I left. No other hot food except a toast machine!

The price was good. Enjoyed the Breakfast each morning.

The attitude our check-in male (front desk) staff person was not customer friendly. He first put us in a room with no working AC. Then, when i address him about it, he didn't seen concerned. Just assigned us to another room. He didn't even ask if that rooms AC was working or better. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Great price. Friendly Staff. I felt very safe.

I have nothing bad to say overall. just advice that the hotel could to be maintenance and updated a little, to correct the normal wear and tear. My room was missing pictures off the wall. it was clear it was force off the wall.

We stayed for 18 nights here so we stayed enough to give y'all a fair review for this hotel. Great hotel , clean rooms , Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast included. You don't need to pay deposit so that's a plus. The hotel is pet friendly so that's another plus for the pet lovers. There's a bunch of restaurants nearby And a supermarket call Fiesta Mart. All within walking distance would definitely recommend this hotel.

My only concern about that tho is that they accept pitbull too and having pitbull here can be a little dangerous for other guests. At my stay there was a guest just sitting with her pitbull and he was growling and barking at other guests. but is just because is Houston I guess because you can find pitbull almost everywhere But other than that this is a very good hotel.

I loved my room it was spacious, I have a family of 6 got a suite room!! It was so clean and my dog loved it!

The digital cable was so choppy and horrible!! We was barely in the room but at night before we went to sleep if was almost impossible to watch anything! They should upgrade!

Property is in a very good location, room was clean, No loud noise, very quiet. Beds super comfortable! Room is a really good size.

What I did not like most, Staff was a little rude, kind of rushed us when we were asking questions about the area, places around, etc… & nothing big but Hot tub wasn’t working… :/

This was a total different experience at this hotel. From entering the lobby it was clean and beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing I can say that I wish was different was breakfast option they serve your typical cereal, bread, coffee, and muffins.
