Everything was exceptional. The location was quiet and safe and at the end of a tree-liined lane that looked like shops. It was Christmas time and all the lights in all the trees made it feel magical. I did not go walking the lane, but it was enticing. Plenty of eating options nearby, of various ethnic and American cuisine. The hotel lobby was enormous, welcoming, and a social area for some residents. The breakfast area was very large, and the breakfast selection was memorable. 2 kinds of waffle batter, an oatmeal area that was not instant oatmeal and included an array of toppings from pecans to chocolate chips, hot entres were egg whites omelets, sausage, red potatoes, also dry cereal, breads, juices, fruit, yogurt - all tended to by lovely ladies. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. All so very upscale and nicely appointed. I couldn't have asked for more from a hotel at this price point.

There was nothing not to like. I just wish they had more luggage trolleys - all were in use when I needed to leave.

there were a lot of breakfast choices, and I was surprised to see bags packed for to-go breakfasts. I'm not a big breakfast eater and had the mini muffins which were good. There was a pool and exercise area but I didn't use either. All the hotel staff I met were friendly and helpful.

I mentioned this to the desk person when checking out. There was an ironing board I might have used, but it had a yellowed cover with big holes in it. Outside the entrance were benches for waiting. They looked to be primarily set up for smokers. Sitting on either bench one could really smell the used cigarettes. I chose to stand and walk around while waiting.

breakfast food was only marginal. sausage was not good, eggs were not good. waffles are always good. could have used a few more snacks to purchase in the store area. When I travel alone I like to just purchase quick things in the hotel as apposed to purchasing elsewhere.

Pretty good. Same every day but very well presented and very edible.

Tub is a little slick and no shower bar. I went to Walmart and bought both and took them home afterwords. We are older and my wife had both knees replace a few months ago and we are extra cautious.

we always enjoy our stay at Hampton. we like the room size & coffee always available.

this trip was a bit disappointing. it was a few little things, that added up to some frustration. I would like to suggest a few things to consider. Not enough towels. it’s reasonable for 2 guest to expect 2 towels, 2 hand towels & 2 washcloths. we had 2 towels, 1 hand towel & 1 washcloth. No towels in kitchen area. I would suggest paper towels. not that expensive & would cut down on laundry. we opened the coffee packets for the napkin. this caused waste lastly our room location, although 1st floor per request, was 121. was miles away from front desk. All in all, we did enjoyed our stay.

I was met at the side door by the friendliness person ever. Big smile and could not ask for a better way to be greeted. Andrew Kozman was the best ever. He helped us so much,with everything. He is the best. Nicole was awesome also. She did things she didn't have to for me,and did it with a smile. She was so kind. Everything was walking distance. Beautiful park right across the street. I will definitely be back.

That I had to leave.

Property was in the perfect location for our visit. Comfy bed and rooms, homey feel and an incredible continental breakfast…the most tastiest eggs Iv had for this type of breakfast. Staff were so helpful in giving hints and tips for the area and super friendly and welcoming.

It would be nice to have a bar for a couple of drinks and socialising with other guests and with the homily and comfortable feel would make this hotel perfect.

The location was close to family which was great since we were there for a graduation. Room had lots of space and staff was wonderful.

I am a senior and losing my eyesight and wish the lighting was brighter in room.

I have never stayed in a hotel that the room was this clean, it was amazingly clean! The size of the room was big. Also, we go on the first floor so we did not have to deal with elevators nor stairs.

Nothing we didn't like. The location was not on a main road so it was a little harder to find than expected but great in that there wasn't any road noise either.

was in a good location, easy access to restaurants and TMS.

the pool was out of order for the weekend due to a “broken pipe” The breakfast staff seamed to be more interested in cleaning than providing food. Don’t count on much for breakfast.
