The house was beautiful and well appointed. Each of the guest rooms did have a private bath which is wonderful! The bed was wonderful and comfy. We slept very well. It was quiet and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was very tasty and casual. Joanna, the manager, was delightful to work with! I would highly recommend this location.
I really can't think of anything that I did not like about this location! It would have been nice if it were a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed it the beautiful patio area.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! I would encourage EVERYONE to book here if you are going to Plainview,Tx. Hands down the best lodging in Plainview and possibly the entire panhandle. Breakfast was incredible and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast conversation as well. Overall experience was excellent and we have already booked our reservations for Thanksgiving!!

We enjoyed all aspects of this historic beautiful bed & breakfast. The host was wonderful and the breakfast was quite tasty. The room and bed were both very comfortable. We would highly recommend this superb bed and breakfast.
If we have to mention something, we found the television system a little difficult, but it was no big deal.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms large and clean. Felt like staying in a historic mansion. Staff was lovely and breakfast was excellent. Will stay again as it beats all the hotels in Plainview on price and accommodations.

The B & B owner was very friendly and accommodated our every need. He served a very nice breakfast. He answered all of our questions about the history of the house and town and community. He also upgraded our room.
Everything in this B&B home was lovely. We were disappointed that we couldn't go walking around the neighborhood because the recent rains brought the mosquitos who would have eaten us alive! It was an elegant but homey home, Beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

big house on large property. loved that rooms didn’t share walls. breakfast was hearty and filling. loved the coffee station up stairs and in kitchen. felt like I was at home.
The back of the house is close to the main strip. I heard traffic at night, there is also a casino across the street, probably the reason for the motorcycles riding by.
