I loved the country feel with cows in the back. The area for bbq is also very nice. Many convenient stores and restaurants close by. Most of all the friendly people.

The mattress was a little hard, I have been spoiled with soft toppers everywhere but it did not keep me from sleeping.

The hotel is very clean. It looks clean. It smells clean. The kitchenette was perfect for my stay. There is a BBQ patio that looks out over a ranch pond that is absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful place to sit and just relax. It's close to stores are restaurants on the front side and the backside feels like you are way out in the country. Definitely good value for the money. Oh the water pressure in the very clean tub/shower is amazing. The wifi signal is strong and steady. (I checked in for a 4 day conference held over Zoom and my signal never wavered. I plan on stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was there was not an easy chair in the room. There is plenty of space for one and would have been the cherry on top.

They have a kitchen but I was informed when I was checking in that they have new management. they do not offer breakfast or coffee. The room do not have coffee makers, cookware, or dishes in the room kitchen. Bring your own dishes and go out to get your coffee. I was not aware of this change when I booked. I stayed in June and the room kitchen had what was needed to cook and had coffee.

The property was clean and the young lady who checked me in also allowed me to see the room before paying….

I initially asked about the rooms/rate and she explained what was available (which differed from what was on Booking.com). I made a reservation on Booking.com for what she said was available and the price was not honored…. I was actually charged more.

Room was good size and loved the kitchen.

Beds were not comfortable at all and had plastic covering mattress which was loud with every movement!

the property was clean, the staff was very friendly. the room was great, plenary of hot water and great water pressures. the bed was perfect.

The place was clean. The staff was friendly. No issues.

The maids don't come until check out ( we stayed for nearly a week) also the 10 dollar fee for fresh towels and rags.

Staff were so friendly. Great value All had been recently remodeled or updated. Nice and clean too. Loved the view from the rooms facing the field and pond.
