Excellent location. They facilities were extremely clean. The room was well appointed and also very clean. Breakfast was very good--the bacon was crispy the way I like it. Hotels never get that right, so I was impressed. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy.

The room was hot. I was never able to get it cool enough for my taste. Also, not enough electrical outlets in convenient locations, and there were only two wash cloths in the bathreoom.

Staff was super great upon check in as well as check out. The room seemed as if it hadn’t been stayed in for a while because there was dust collected in areas of the room where it would be expected. The bed/pillows were soooooooo comfortable that I don’t think my husband and I moved an inch all night. Overall stay was wonderful and would definitely book again in the very near future.

Room was a little dusty/fingerprints on vanity make up mirror.

They had a pool, they let us bbq, the bartender Julia was nice and work well under pressure it was always a crowd at the bar. Check In and Out was a breeze there is alot of parking

i didn't like the pool close at 10., there is no lifeguards you swim at your own risk so let it stay open later. The cook was always gone when i asked for my warm cookies

Breakfast was not offered unless we paid extra. We discovered this at check in. This was not clear through Booking.com

Booking.com advertised that we could pay cash upon arrival, but the facility refused to take cash. Booking.com needs to get the right information installed.

My overall stay was good the bed was comfortable and it’s a great location lots of restaurants near had a great view and the swimming pool was clean

I didn’t like the breakfast it’s all you can eat for 14 dollars but what they served was horrible a waste of money powdered eggs the pancakes is the the ones you just heat up juice was watered down

Location Quick & easy checkin

We paid $30 for breakfast and it wasn't good at all. Cold & hard pancakes. Condiments looked old. For our 2nd stay at The Doubletree, we went across the street and spent our $30 on a wonderful HOT & fulfilling breakfast.

I really like staff. They worked hard and really friendly. I love the way they help me out and everything they did. The location is really nice and closed to a lot of fast food. And if you are Asian want to go to the market so they so close just 9m to Cali Saigon Mall and Hiep Thai market.

The price not very clear. They don’t say they will charge something more than money I saw in Booking.com. So they make me confused. I don’t think that a good value stand for long time. But just one night can try. The room not clean completely. When I open the curtain I saw the really old orange they get really dirty. Luckily my kid not touched it

Convenient location. Room and linens were clean. Restroom/shower was clean.

Not enough handicap parking for the size of the facility. There were only two towels provided (we didn't ask for more. Didn't feel like the hassle.) The carpet in our room had a sizable wrinkle that I actually tripped over. No microwave in the room.

Comfortable, luxury style

Service of getting us the linens we needed was very poor. We had to ask 3 different times for enough pillows, towels for 4 & the flat sheets for the extra pullout bed. They kept giving us the wrong items. We ended up having to go 10 floors down & get everything ourself or it would be 30-60 minutes for them to bring everything up to our room. It was already midnight and we just wanted to go to bed. We still only ended up with 1 washcloth for 4 people. I know this is kind of petty. The hotel itself was great. They are probably super understaffed.

Room decor looked new and was comfortable and clean. Microwave and fridge worked well. Outdoor pool area was clean but not what one would call fancy. Staff was excellent - pleasant and helpful.

Some of the public spaces in the hotel, halls especially, looked unappealing and 'institutional" - drab grey carpetting and walls, chipping paint on frames.
