The young man who checked me in was super friendly and helpful! Also, they offered literature for more than just one religion and belief and that really made my heart happy. It was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. If I am ever in the area again this is where I will stay. Thank you!
The only reason I am even putting this is to help not to complain. I think it would be cool if there was more than one layout chair at the pool because the one that was there was broken and maybe try to get another waffle maker so the wait isn’t so long at breakfast. Other than those two things it was great!

Love the atmosphere and location is perfect. Been here several times. Will be back again. This time it rained and didn't get to enjoy the pool but we will be back soon.
No complaints. Maybe the parking is a little crowded.but all is good. Maybe need a little more staff to welcome people.

All was fine but was not able to get to swim due to that family with a whole bunch of kids..no manners at all.
Well it was fine until the family next to us and across from us was noisy..the kids kept slamming doors...so I had to go to front desk to complain because the phone was not working..if it wasn't dealt with I requested to move to another room if possible..but it did get taken care of..

I liked how organized everything in the room was.
The elevator was not working going UP and my room was located on the second floor. Traveling with a 9 year old and having to carry several cases and items was a problem for me. I asked for a room in the first floor, and the male staff said, “it’s only to the second floor.” I said, yes, but this is heavy. That was rude of him. They should fix the elevator.

The facility was very clean and Check in was very easy, the evening Clerk was very friendly and attentive.
Bed was not the most comfortable and upon check out the morning clerk seemed occupied by her cell phone and I had to speak to her to get her attention while standing at the counter.
