The staff was extremely friendly! The lobby was decorated for Valentine’s Day which was fun. I felt very “at home” there! We will definitely be staying there again next year when we are in town for the Rodeo.

I would have liked the cleaning service to be better. We stayed for five nights and not once did our room get cleaned, trash picked up, towels replaced etc. The lady at the front seat was kind enough to bring us towels and pick up trash when I called her. There was a door hanger to request services that I did fill out and put on door, the card was collected but items were not done until I called front desk and she had to come to us. I choose a hotel instead of a VRBO because of the cleaning services so I was a bit disappointed in the lack of.

We loved our stay! The breakfast was hot & tasty, the beds were comfortable & the pillows are so amazing I’m ordering some for my home. The room was spacious and equipped with a Keurig, mini fridge & microwave. The staff was friendly and kept everything nice & clean! We will stay again I’m sure!

We only had one complaint about our stay, the shower pressure in our room 315 was horrible! It was barely enough to have a shower & wash off, maybe replacing the shower head will do the trick! If that is fixed, I’m sure our next stay will be a 10 out of 10!

Enjoyed being on the third floor with the view. We stayed in for the New Year's and celebrated in our room. At midnight looking out our window, enjoyed the fireworks surrounding the hotel from all angles and in the distance. Beautiful site to bring in the New Year!!

Breakfast area was in complete disarray the following morning after New Year's Eve. Tables not cleaned, floors not swept/mopped and coffee area was not stocked. Note this was after breakfast was served but for guests checking out to get a cup of coffee to go, wasn't very pleasant or appealing to see no one took the time to keep area cleaned up.

the hotel looked fresh and clean. My room was clean and newer looking. The front desk person, Sabrina was amazing. I have never felt so welcomed at a hotel in my life. She was helpful and very kind.

The property is very close to a rougher neighborhood. I was impressed that they had security on property. The Breakfast hot items, the sausage, eggs and potatoes were cold and not hot like they should be. This is not safe. The Hot water took forever to come out of the shower head , i must have waited 5 minutes. what a waste of water!

Friendly staff. All members were courteous, professional & helpful I interacted with minor incidents! Enjoyed a nice variety for breakfast as well as use of the pool!

TV remote was visibly broken upon arrival…would not have mattered except the grandkids would want to watch cartoons. Remote was replaced but did not work other than to power on tv. Housekeeping never cleaned during stay…not earth shattering with the exception that I specifically asked the desk for fresh towels even if there would be no housekeeping service. After an 8 hour day enjoying a local attraction, no towels or housekeeping service was provided!

convenience to dance competition

Room 203 felt humid all the time. Did report to front desk & maintenance guy who came immediately to check it out. He put on max fan but really did not fix the issue. We were only in room at night after competition was over for the day. Also please do not place people in room 203 if there is a party on first floor we could not sleep until after midnight which is when party was over. Very inconvenient as kids had to be up before 6 to go back to competition. Had issue with credit card friends room charge was on mine but it was resolved immediately. Also would be great idea for y’all to have arrangement to be able to shop left behind items to people if they leave anything.

The staff was so sweet and polite. Every single staff member we met was amazing from the front staff to the housekeepers to even the maintenance men in the hallways. Made us feel special!

My only con…was just the water pressure was very weak in the showers…but this won’t stop me from coming back

The staff were great! Allison did a terrific job no matter the request she had it taken care of. Also the maintenance man (Mike) fixed their cable machine in the gym for me. Both of them went above and beyond

The neighborhood/location wasn’t the best. Hotel was clean but not the cleanest. The breakfast could be better

It was in a pretty good location for what we were trying to do and breakfast was decent.

I had to complain three nights in a row about the upstairs people being loud at 1am in the morning and nothing was done. No follow up was done on if the stomping and running stopped or not. Didn’t seem as though anyone really cared. Which was kind of upsetting since we were staying there a total of 7 nights.
