Staff was exceptional. They allowed me to keep some things there until I could check in because I am traveling with an infant. I felt much safer because they were all very mindful of us. Very friendly and I was able to joke around with a few of them. They all made this Tennessee girl feel more at home and I will absolutely be staying again. Very close to the Luke East gate at Lackland. The breakfast was pretty decent.

The housekeeping staff stayed on top of the cleaning, but the facility could definitely use some updating.

I like that it has plenty of parking. It was near family members I was visiting in Von Ormy. I don't like any motel or hotels near Von Ormy. I was myself the first night till my son showed up next night.

The side door entrance had broken door lock. It supposed to be opened with room key. I immediately felt unsafe. looks like it's been broken for a while. I've stayed here before and the door needed room key to open I don't think I'll stay here if I was traveling by myself or with young kids.

Close to highway and Lackland AFB. Loved the free cookies :) great breakfast. We didn't try it, but there was a pool and hot tub.

Only issue was the hallway was blazing hot. And room cleaning only happened every few days. Would have been nice to have trash picked up daily.

I wish the breakfast could have gone a little later, but the food was great. The room was comfy, the pool was nice, the WiFi was excellent (important when traveling with teens!) And the staff was outstanding. For some reason this place wasn't on my credit card's rewards travel options, so we originally booked at another local hotel which was just horrible, but at least had enough WiFi for me to find and book Country Inn, which was a godsend.

The pool was poorly lit for being open as late as it was. The hot tub motor needs to be fixed, but it was still plenty relaxing. Breakfast could have gone a little later in the day, though I imagine their primary customer base are (like we were) there for Air Force BMT graduation and so have early mornings anyway. In which case I guess the breakfast could start earlier on Thursdays.

It was clean, close to the AFB. I didn't feel like I was going to get murdered walking out to my car, like I did at some of the other hotels in the immediate vicinity.

Pretty far from any decent restaurants, stores, etc. The area around the place is pretty old and run down and there's obviously a pretty bad homeless problem in the area. LOTS of garbage, torn tents, etc in the lot next door.

Hotel was real clean and the concierges were helpful, specially one whose name was kayla, she was very helpful and friendly

The hotel charged me 470.69 for 2 night when the original price was 225.07. They do charge a 100 dollar deposit which is understandable to see it someone smokes or damages the room but why did the rest of the of money was charged for?

Breakfast was awesome and this one lady that kept the place very clean and kept up with everything. WOW she is the best. Love the work out room very clean.

That the lamp next to the bed one one sided destroyed my cellphone it burn it and had to go buy a new phone, I told the young lady before leaving to what happened and only git a sorry, nothing else. I've stayed before never had no problem that's why I went back but I would Iike so kind of a response from the manager. Cause buying a new phone wasn't cheap. Snd I went to Walmart.

Staff were exceptionally friendly & professional...front desk, night crew, breakfast personnel, housekeeping. Their attitudes reflected how much they enjoy & like their jobs. Overall cleanliness & comfort far exceeded my picky expectations!

The location and general surroundings were a bit sketchy; however there was immediate access to the interstate which improved my safety, comfort level.

Berlinda was amazing...even when I was disappointed about the pool not being accessible. Kitchen staff and custodians were very friendly as well. Over all room was cool and comfortable. Breakfast both days was fantastic! I love how the eggs were seasoned. I did a photoshoot and completed my sewing for a product to promoted through Oh My Goth.com We ended up using the diner and lobby area.

The fact that booking didn't mention the security deposit. Half the gym machines are broken and swimming pool was out of order.
