The staff here is completely courteous we have been staying for over a week now as we're waiting for our new home to be ready rooms are always clean even with their innovations and repairs they're having to make unfortunately even their workers some that are daily temporary workers or neighbors are very helpful we can see my wife and I that for some of the guests that are making this establishment more of a residence for different reasons such as ours waiting for a home to be built and not want to be stuck in another lease the residents and the employees all get along well as if a family

The only thing I could say I dislike about the policeyis the checkout being at 11:00 versus some properties that are at 12:00

The guy that checked us in was very nice and friendly and I'm so happy that this location was very pet friendly. Overall, our stay was exceptional because of the convenience for our pets.

I didn't like that it was hair literally EVERYWHERE in the rooms. I got 2 rooms, one for myself and fiance and one for kids and there was hair in the beds, in the showers, on the towels, in the sinks... EVERYWHERE! I also didn't like that it was people hanging out everywhere but on a positive side, maybe that helped deter anything from being stolen from my vehicle since it looked like the location was in a shady part of town.

When first checked in the staff took my payment but wanted me to wait till 11pm. I had my 2 yr old grand daughter with me and she was tired and cranky. When I came back the next staff member was great.. but put me in a different room then what I reserved. I waited to the next morning to talk to staff cuz I finally got my grand daughter to settled. Then next morning staff was great with the situation I had and understanding what needed to be done. The only thing that wasn't done right was the refund I was supposed to be getting back.

We love that it's so close to Sea world. The vending machines are always fully stocked with great choices. The Queen size beds are super comfortable and the staff is so nice. This is our 3rd time staying here and it's so convenient.

There was a leak from the restroom in our room, but its the first time we've ever had an issue.

Quick check in.. price was good..

Don't really like the idea of the whole pet thing .. I walked into my room and nearly died from the strong smell of carpet fresh.. like it gave me a headache it was just too much..but clean it was.. it was quiet. Just me chilling ..

my wife myself and our baby boy needed a break from reality only for a few hours so we make this our get away on weekends it's been great to get rid of some tension🤪

the floor needed to be cleaned .we did it ourself 🧹🧽

The room was excellent clean, comfortable bed, staff at front desk answering all my questions I really enjoyed my stay at the Redroof

Maybe a few more different snacks in n vending machine but, other than that nothing to complain about

Place was great, friendly staff, multiple restaurants near by, rooms were clean cold all great things!!

No washer or dryers but they were remodeling not a big problem

The only thing I didn't like was the chainsaw is going on all night long and the middle night when I'm trying to sleep outside of my window

way to many smoking outside and smell inside elevators and lobby cigarette buds everywhere
