clean and comfortable

I did not like that your continantal breakfast is not fresh I can tell when bread, coffee has been there for days old and hours and hours no water and juices just very disappointing. I think if you would pay more attention to that I could rate it excellent. Without having to pick up your prices to stay at your hotel.

The girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful. When toilet issue was brought up, she immediately made a note of it and was ready to call someone, but I told her not to worry about it till we left. The room was spacious, and bed was really comfortable

The toilet wouldn't stop running. We told front desk just so they would be aware but told them not to worry about it till we left since it was late at night. Also the curtain in bedroom had a bit of a gap on top so a lot of light would come in, but it wasn't too bad.

good security friendly helpful staff always available to help. location central to San Marcos, Texas. handicap accessible great shower plenty hot water.

this is a growing area so lots of construction going on and not the fault of the owners of businesses. the city trying to upgrade facilities and access for all local hotels.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean, little outdated in places, but well kept. No odor in hallways or rooms. Pool area clean. I’m just guessing, but appeared to be new management. My guess is the management is turning a dirty run down place into a good hotel again. If that’s the case, keep up the great work. It shows

Seemed like a lot of locals lingering around in robes. Was not terrible. Just seemed a bit uncomfortable, like they were watching my family.

The location and the fact that it’s pet friendly.

The lack of green areas for pets. Also, the furniture surfaces could have been wiped down more thoroughly. I found sticky residue on my night stand.

It’s amazing. Staff went out of their way to assist us. Spoke to us and talked with the kids. Always friendly

Lots of construction and address gets you to the wrong location.

The traffic is super loud all night and outside light shines directly at windows. Made us plunge our own toilet.

I liked having three queen beds in one room for our family. The facility was pet friendly and I was afraid it would smell like it, but it did not. Because of COVID restrictions, they did not have the full breakfast, but they did provide danishes and muffins.

There was a lot of construction in from of the building which made it difficult to get in and out of. The hotel was very outdated, but clean.

All the Employees very friendly and always they are ready giving the support when we need something

The bathroom Shower was not practical: The water leaked all over the bathroom.

no cluttered hallways. pet friendly. breakfast offered. clean halls.

we did see multiple small roaches in our room.
