I like that regardless of the amount of people staying there the hotel stays pretty quiet.I also have to mention David. He was the clerk on duty one night/morning when I came into the vestibule and spilled not one but two drinks on the floor and the door. He was generous enough to take his time to clean up after me. I mean he would not take no for an answer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was exhausted, and I really did appreciate that!! It’s nice when someone goes above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this kind of service to my family and friends!!

My shower and bed situation were not ideal. I reserved a King Suite or room...I had a request for a shower versus a tub- not a huge deal now they did make the accommodation which was great however, they failed to inform us that we would have two double beds, my husband and I had to move the beds together and it wasn't too comfortable sleeping like that. But overall the stay was nice and the staff was friendly, location was great and price was worth it. Some parts of the room looked dated but otherwise no major issues.

The size of the room..The Breakfast buffet, I like the fact that hotel is walking distance from a few restaurants..I like that u have personal hotel cards to get in and out of the building.That helps to keep anyone that's not suppose to be there out of the hotel.

That couch look a little dated .I feel that a nice new couch could brighten the room. The ironing board was off balance..

I enjoyed the use of space in the room and the quality of the towels and blankets.

Breakfast was out of everything. Batter was out, no bacon, eggs. Had to wait for everything to get refilled slowly. Even juices were watered down. I was charged for pet stay and didn’t have pets. I called and they said they charged the wrong room.

Friendly, helpful staff at check in and check out. The gentleman tried to look up my IHG number, which I appreciated. Breakfast and coffee were typical. Room and walkways were clean and smelled nice. Firmer bed than I'm used to but I am sure they cater to the masses. This was a great deal price-wise, when you consider how everything is more expensive than ever. Very close to several eating places, Walmart, fuel.

we had a last minute trip.. got the reservation just 2 hours before arrival.. the woman at the front desk was wonderful.. made sure the stay was connected to our hilton card. she was so nice, the room was very clean.. breakfast was terrific and all the staff from the cleaning people in the hall the breakfast hostest etc were very friendly. it was a pleasant and peaceful stay.

nothing.. I've traveled world over.. this hotel had everything you could ever want.

The room was very large and comfortable.

I wish there was a door of some sort for privacy to the sink area of the bathroom. It made getting dressed in the little toilet/shower area very difficult. If they added a barn door type of door, that would be great for added privacy when staying with family/others in the suites.

We loved everything! From check in, the front desk guy (young, Hispanic man) was so courteous and helpful. He greeted us with a smile and was quick to answer my questions. We upgraded to a bigger size room, which was perfect for our family of 4 1/2. The pool was great and so fun for a late night swim. The hotel is very clean and spacious, and I appreciated that even though we were definitely not the only ones, it was very quiet. We also had a laundry just next to us, so it was very convenient for washing our wet clothes (from the river, the pool, etc). We needed extra towels late one night, and they were very accommodating. The hotel itself is located in a perfect spot...on I 35, with several businesses around it! HEB Plus right next door, Walmart across the highway, fast food and gas stations all over, etc. When I ran out of diapers, I was able to get a Walmart Plus Delivery in an hour. The drive to San Antonio took 15 minutes at night and 20 in traffic, so not bad at all. Excellent value! It was perfect!

I wish they kept breakfast up a little later because there is so much to do in this area, we'd make it back late each night, and then I had a hard time waking up all the kids and getting them ready and down to breakfast on time. I know their breakfast time is standard, so not a complaint, but given the touring aspect of San Antonio so nearby, this would be a great incentive for families that stay here...late breakfast. ;)

It was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The elevator on the left smelled pretty badly. I figured someone got sick in there and they did there best to mean it up and cover up the smell. But it was pretty bad. Not a game changer…just smelled bad.

Beds were comfortable. Roll away bed was already in the room when we arrived.

I booked a room for 5, but it was only 3 of us. So we got a rollaway bed. The rollaway bed bedding fell in the cracks of the bed spring.
