I liked they allow dogs to stay with a pet fee was ok but I was told by there staff the dogs allowed are service animals it don't say that anywhere I that I saw.

The building where you get room floors dirty. Rooms was good. Reason of stay no power in Winnsboro. I want a email that my pet deposit is back on my card. I was told get it back. I asked for more discount do to the fact Governor Abbot of the damage to Winnsboro I'd like follow up. Breakfast was good. Wasn't told had to take photos. Some lights was missing in bedroom . 5 score for that.

the layout of the room was great - we liked the separate living area & bedroom. breakfast was good & the attendant stayed on top of things making sure there was always items available . the housekeeper was very friendly & polite .

. . however , the rooms needed to be a bit bigger . Very narrow quarters , cramped feeling .( especially with small children )

It was very nice and clean. At breakfast I arrived late and was still provided with food and fruit by the staff who were very friendly! :)

everything was fine

Comfortable, clean, staff was polite, located right off the highway and numerous places to dine nearby. There was also a large grassy area behind our building where the kids could play safely outside.

Our stay was in early March. The included breakfasts were bagged and could be picked up at the front desk. They consisted of a honey bun, a Hostess snack cake, a granola bar and a clementine. I want to note, it was an acceptable breakfast for many; we knew it would be different due to them taking measures to protect against COVID, however my husband is diabetic and we would have liked some options with less sugar/more protein. Coffee and juices were still provided at a self serve station.

Could have handed a paper copy of the hotel map. I spent about ten minutes trying to locate my room.

Easy access

Hot Breakfast advertised on web but it turned out to be a sack (not so good) breakfast. Covid-19, in my opinion is being used at some hotel/motels to reduce the services (breakfasts) to probably save money. I have stayed at some motels where a hot breakfast was served in the middle of the pandemic. No excuse at this time, especially in Texas.

Desk staff was very pleasant.

Shower soap dispenser was empty. Bath towels were threadbare, in fact, tore in use.

Great view from the back side of the hotel. Very convenient to the cute little town of Sulphur Springs! The suite was great for our family. Plenty of room to spread out.

Normally I’m not a huge fan of motel set ups as I don’t like outdoor access but I would absolutely stay here again. After driving 13 hours we slept unbelievably well, the bed was SO comfortable and the pillows weren’t flat. The shower pressure was amazing and it was so so quiet. Quick check in process and it was right off the highway.
