The facility is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and it’s very nice to have coffee available all of the time.

The location off of the road is convenient, however the neighborhood behind the hotel is pretty crappy and there were a few sketchy people walking around the hotel area outside.

Staff was excellent and responsive. Had two issues with the rooms that they took care of quickly. The staff is the main reason I continue to stay despite past issues. Rooms are always clean with plenty of bath items available.Breakfast availability is another reason I stay there. Food tastes ok and there is some variety (cereal, waffles, eggs, sauce, toast, juices, etc.).

First few times I stayed there I had no issues, last few times the elevator had issues, facet leaks, and television service/remote had issues (channel freezing up or remote doesn't work). Facility definitely showing its age.

The hotel was a great location. We were coming home from Taos, New Mexico, and it was near the freeway. The bed was amazing! We were so thankful, the former nights bed were less than comfy. Clean and spacious hotel and friendly staff. We enjoyed our "lay over"!

Our room was at the end of the building, facing the near by freeway, and sometimes you could hear the large trucks speeding along the interstate. No fault of the hotel, really, but it did disturb our sleep a couple of times.

the shower water was leaking out of the tub with not much pressure. the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom.

I didn't like having to put $50.00 down for what ever cause they say it comes back to me the next day but it doesn't . It usually takes several days.

The check in process was quick and the clerk amazingly attentive and friendly. Breakfast was hot and yummy with staff there to help serve us quickly . Double full/queen room was Huge compared to other properties in this price point. There was a rollaway bed available for our 3rd child that was comfy, as well.

Only negative was that the pool and hot tub were pretty dirty. Some of us chose not to swim for that reason, but it didn't deter the kids😂
