Friendly staff they did not make a issue when I checked in late the staff welcomed me with courtesy and comfort the hotel was down the street from markets and all the places that I needed to go I was glad they had laundry facilities

Toiletries such as tooth brush and paste lotion the phone and hair dryer were inoperative More security breakfast stand with a little more than coffee the pool was closed but it was cold so picnic table in better standard

I liked having the 2 rooms and being right off the Highway

The hot tub closed too early. we booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and we’re looking forward to relaxing after a long day and it closed at 9 on a Friday. also no breakfast. then as I was leaving I slipped and fell on the ice since no one had salted the parking lot after it snowed. went and told the front desk person and he didn’t seem to care didn’t ask if I was ok and just said there’s no sun on that side of the building

Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Unlike other hotels we have stayed in recently, the facial tissue and toilet paper were of acceptable quality (though still barely thick enough).

A light bulb in one lamp was burned out. The facial tissue and toilet paper were barely thick enough.

I liked the floors being vinyl vs carpet and the size of the room was great.

There was no coffee maker in the room and there was only a desk chair. I expected another sofa-type chair or loveseat so there was a bit of seating other than on the beds only.

I did not have the breakfast because we were leaving so early in the morning but I did see the setup and it was very nice, well stocked. The employees even asked us the day before when we planned on leaving the hotel in the morning so they could possibly adjust the breakfast schedule to fit our needs. Very considerate!

Truthfully, there wasn't anything we did not like. I plan to go back next year, as does our group.

This is not a 5 star hotel, by any means. But it’s clean and budget friendly. The night staff in particular was very nice and helpful. It’s a great place to sleep. But bring your own pillows. The pillows provided are very small! I do not recommend a room by the pool due to hallway traffic and noise but all and all, definitely a decent place to stay. We stayed last year around the beginning of March and this year beginning of March. We will stay there again. But we will bring our own pillows.

Parking is a pain

It's was very clean and the room was very spacious. The staff was excellent and the best of part was the wonderful affordable price I paid for my stay.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. I didn't have any problems with my reservations, my room, my payment, or anything else.

No frills hotel. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Friendly staff!

The hotel itself is somewhat outdated but overall the good outweighs that. They do not offer anything for breakfast or on the go, but the coffee is always hot. Bring shampoo and conditioner because the dispenser in the shower is terrible. Good value for the price.

Janna and Inez were great!!! They were so very helpful and most pleasant!! I really appreciated all their help and their friendly smiling faces!

Hallway floors were a bit dirty. Just needing a quick vacuum.
