Everything about Best Western Paradise Inn was just what we needed - a clean, warm, spacious place to stay. The Inn was in the perfect location for our trip North. We left too early in the morning on both days, so we were unable to partake of the breakfast.

1) While our room in general was quite clean and stocked, housekeeping failed to check the closet and the microwave. Food and wrappings had been left in both. The good side of this is that both areas were cleaned immediately upon request. 2) We left too early to get a printed receipt, so I requested one by telephone to be e-mailed to us. We never received it.

First of all, must thank the staff for accommodating my last-minute room location request. The room was excellent for my needs and physical limitations. It was larger than expected. the bed was comfortable, the mini fridge worked well, the towels were nice and it was nice to have the option of a pool if I desired (too cold and not enough time this trip).

WiFi was a bit spotty and on the slow side.

Comfortable bed. Generously sized room. Desk and chair to do work. Mini-fridge and microwave. Decent breakfast. Felt pretty safe and secure in the area. Small town so it's close to everything. Nice staff.

TV quit working, possibly due to the storm that night, but even the next morning it didn't work. WiFi also on the slow side, possibly due to weather as well.

Appreciated the friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Was going to pass on breakfast until I went to checkout and was thoroughly surprised with the variety of a hot breakfast that was prepared with Covid standards... the variety of food to fit any eater. Brilliantly done!

Actually, I have no complaints

Good location and nice rooms. The pool is great and we love that there is a playground right on the property. We’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff has always been amazing. Super polite and EXTREMELY accommodating. This location is our go-to when visiting Nephi!

Loved it all!

The beds were very firm. So if you like firm it was great if you like soft ones that you sink into a little bit more, it was a little bit rough to sleep on.

Move the mirror so that people sitting on the bed can't see in the bathroom.

During thhis Covid time I am pleased to tell you how impressed I was with your excellent staff. We had one of the best breakfasts in a long time. Your people are so pleasant and so inventive in preparing foods ahead of time that are delicious and satisfying. We loved the ingenuity of the cheese, egg and ham sandwiches, wrapped and heated individually. Thank you for a fun stay. We also enjoyed your pool. Gary and Marianne Bell Utah

The breakfast was fantastic. I loved the way the hot foods were individually wrapped for extra feeling of sanitation during COVID. Room was pretty and beds were comfy.

It was very loud. Can hear people outside very clearly. The floors seemed a little bit dirty.

bed was very comfortable, nice bath tub and nice sized fridge

the website showed a hot tub but they no longer have one. the website hasn’t been updated dated since they remodeled the pool area. We did like the pool but wished they had a hot tub.
