Location/, walkable to main street. Great hot tubs and pool. Comfortable bed rooms are very large and it was super nice to have a full kitchen and washer dryer.

Very odd not to have any bar or restaurant in the hotel. Showers took 5 to 7 minutes for hot water to come on every morning.

staff was helpful. Liked the games available and hot tub area. I loved my counter space in the bathroom(s)! The gym was very nice. I liked the safe in our room. I loved the coffee in our room.

All the lounge games were always full so we could never play anything all night. We had a fireplace but it did not work which was a huge bummer. There were a few hairs and other unknown things that could have been cleaned off the tub. There was always a fight for parking and the spaces were compact size. There wasn't a luggage stand in our room. I didn't notice a breakfast if there was one.

I’d say the only thing was the reception. He had his practiced welcome and parking. He never told us about the free public transportation 100feet down the road. We are in our 60’s and the 5 minute walk was more like 20 and to get back up was mostly uphill

MY HUSBAND AND I USUALLY STAY AT MARRIOTT SUMMIT WATCH EVERY YEAR FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY, WE STAYED THERE TWO NIGHTS AND THEN WENT TO MOUNTAINSIDE FOR TWO NIGHTS BECAUSE OF A BOOKING ERROR. IM SO HAPPY THERE WAS ONE! MARRIOTT MOUNTAINSIDE WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE, THEY BROUGHT US A SMALL GIFT BAG FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY! IT MADE THE EXPERIENCE SO SPECIAL! THEY ALSO WORKED US IN SO THAT WE COULD CHECK INTO THE HOTEL AT 10 AM INSTEAD OF 3! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER HOTEL IN PARK CITY!! THE BED WAS THE COMFIEST AND BIGGEST! AND THE TUB FITS TWO EASILY! THEY HAVE A LARGE POOL AND MULTIPLE HOT TUBS! 10/10!

the proximity to the lifts was wonderful! with all the gear I can’t imagine having to drive to and from everyday! It was so easy to just pop up to your room for lunch/rest…. then go back out and enjoy more time on the runs!

some amenities were still closed due to COVID or “end of season” but overall nothing to complain about.

I liked that it was truly ski-in/ski-out. We liked the rental shops/restaurants within walking distance. We really liked the activity room. We liked the the interior layout and parking garage. The lobby was also very homely with the fireplace. Gym was also cool.

For two adults & two small children, the room became very small with the pull-out bed being utilized. The walls are very thin, and you can practically hear everything said in the room next to you.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.

The kettlebell flow and boxing classes in the Fitness Center. The instructor was outstanding. She made my visits to the Fitness Center among the highlights of the trip. She is amazing!

I would have liked it if the pool area opened at 7am

Room and facilities were excellent. Brad was very engaging and informative, he gave directions and a ride closer to town.

Check in was a bit frustrating. We arrived a little after 3PM and checked in but could not access our room--we were aware of the 4 PM check-in time. We were told to return at 4, but were also told that we would be called as soon as our room was ready. We walked around the facility to fill the time. Around 3:50 PM, we noticed that others were checking in and we hadn't received a call yet. There were 2 people checking in people and we were 3rd in line. We had to wait at least 15 minutes just to get our keys. I felt that there should have been someone to handle "express" cases like ours, who just needed the keys. It also seemed like the front desk was under-staffed given that 4 PM is the check-in time and would likely be quite busy.
