The location was great, the checkin was quick, and the staff was great. They worked hard to keep the lobby clean, and my room was very clean. I spend about 300 nights a year hotels for work and this was at the top of my list as far as cleanliness went. Big shower, hot water, microwave and small fridge in room. Big desk in room also. They have a computer and printer for guests, and vending. I will DEFINITELY book with this hotel again next time I am in the area.

The bed could have been better. Not super comfy but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. It's clearly a little dated, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. You don't have to be super fancy to be comfortable, clean, and safe.

The king suite was very spacious plenty of room fridge worked very well,beds were very comfortable bathroom was excellent very clean room no problem with king room just checking in no confirmation of us even booking,booking .com charged my debit card for nothing want my money back on card very unsatisfied with them gonna call and see what's going on

When arrived on dates was not in systems tried to check in called booking .com no record of them getting information to super 8 motel ,confirmation number wasn't in system was a horrible experience from booking ,com had to pay out of pocket for two nights on top of that you all charged me seventy two dollars for what ,I can't see going to call booking .com and explain situation want my money put back on my debit card very unsatisfied with you all service,got bank statement where you transaction took place

I was happy to have a room; not sleep in a tent. I did like that we were close to a door for our pets.

My “non smoking” room smelled heavily of smoke. It was very odd. Decided to skip breakfast because cereal is not road friendly. Also, the front desk clerk was talking with what I assume was a boyfriend when we came in. She ignored us and continued to kiss him goodbye. It was not a good start to our stay. A simple, I will be with you in a minute would have been much better. Instead, I felt like an inconvenience to her the entire time. We may stay there again, but we may opt to set up a tent somewhere and save our money.

The room was comfortable, it was quite. Staff were nice and understanding..

The night of checking in. I requested for first floor. It's was not granted. I told the front desk that I request when Booking email me what special requested. Because of my elder mother.health issues. Than she looked up for a room 1st floor. She wanted me to pay extra $5.00.. On the request it required no No extra charge.. but I didn't pay..

I liked that the room was clean and that the location was easy to find.

I didn’t like the mattresses. They were a bit to firm and stiff for my liking which led to a rough night sleep. I also didn’t like that only one washcloth was provided. In order to get more we would have to ask.

King size bed and cable tv Office staff was friendly

It was a small breakfast I thought. No wafflemaker or eggs. Raisin bran, fruit loops, 2% milk cartons, yogurt, fruit cups and a fruit bowl, cranberry, apple, orange juices, bagels, bread (there was a toaster) I booked this for the breakfast, pool, and hot tub. We found out when we got there the pool and hot tub were closed. I was disappointed.

It was a great stay. convenient to places to eat and shop. We did not experience the breakfast as we depart before the breakfast times at most locations.

There wasn't anything that was a concern for us during our stays at your locations. I have had a good interaction with the staff as well.

The bed was very comfortable. I liked that they would allow me to take our little pet person.

Was pet friendly, which you could hear people with their pets in the hall to take pets out. Which caused our dog to bark every time they would go by. Tired when we needed to get up.

the staff onsite was able to check the room for me when I lost my wallet. we were an hour away and they double checked again and found it and made me felt assured that my experience wouldn’t be ruined by this set back, very great customer service.

i didn’t like that they didn’t have elevators. we came late at night from our drive and had to carry our toddler up the stairs. our mother was a bit disabled with her walking so struggled a bit climbing up and down the stairs.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. The lady that cleaned the rooms went above and beyond her job. Wish I knew her name I would compliment her by name. I will stay here again for sure

Wish breakfast could be extended to 11. My spouse is disabled, and it was pretty hard to get to breakfast before 9. We stayed 3 days. Will stay here again sometime
