Location was great, and compared to other hotels in the area, the value for the rate was good. Parking for a 26' truck was very good and easy to get in and out. The bathroom was small, but clean and adequate. Overall, the hotel was clean and well kept. The restaurant on site was convenient, but there were also two food options within easy walking distance. It wasn't our favorite hotel stay on this road trip, but overall it was good value for the money.

Front desk person was not personable when I checked in. . Didn't tell me how much anything was at the end. Didn't promote the restaurant like I was told by an relative of mine that is an employee at the restaurant should have. Spoke to the other employees in a nicer tone than she did to me.

my husband and I had taken my parents to Moab to celebrate their 66th wedding anniversary, when my dad was transported by ambulance to the hospital here in Price, Utah for emergency surgery. My mom and I were staying at the property with no transportation. My mom is handicapped and needs full time support. We utilized the shuttle each morning and evening to get to and from the hospital. Six frays later, we checked out of the property expecting to take my dad home. However, he had turn for the worse and was not released from the hospital and we needed to rebook additional nights. The staff have been exceptional and have accommodated our every need! We can’t express our appreciation enough for the hospitality and serviced we’ve received!

the water was out when we arrived, but it was fixed quickly. they are remodeling so there was furniture etc in one hallway but otherwise it was wonderful. big motel, lots of comfortable places to sit with friends etc.

The bar was nice the bartenders are awesome but this hotel is in a smaller country town and the music was house DJ. The bar was full and no one was enjoying the music except the DJ and her friends. Music that catered to the guest would be beneficial for your business.

Customer service was good, room was clean. Plenty of free parking. Nice lounging areas in the lobby and business centers. Relatively quiet. I asked for an extra blanket upon check in and had one delivered to my room within 5 minutes.

Parts of the in room coffee maker were melted; I did not want to use it. Front patio of hotel could be more inviting. Pool was small and highly visible from the front lobby.

The customer service was absolutely awesome!! Thank you front desk! They were very kind and checked us in quickly.

There was not enough outlets to plug in our phones and other electronic devices. there was no dresser by my bed to put my stuff on as well. other than that everything was good.

Breakfast was great. Location is good. Staff were excellent. They were short staffed on maintenance.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great! Pictures do not do this hotel justice, it was a great place to stay.
