Hampton Inn St. George

The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The location was great being right off Highway 15 and near several restaurants. The hot breakfast hit the spot too. Overall, great value!

Needed some updates… carpets were pretty worn in the lobby and hallway. The room bathroom also showed some wear and tear and needed updating. Terrible heat-trapping flat down pillows.

Tina...Devon and Alex were all very nice & accommodating. My extended 8 day stay was unplanned....Tina made it feel like home for this stretch of time. I was approached outside on the property by another guest that was pushy...a creep really. I walked straight to the front desk...pretending to ask for other towels...Devon picked up my cues...then offered to walk me back to my room. Girl power!!! Was above & beyond! Maria and the rest in housekeeping were super sweet!

The beds were old and the springs killed my back. Linens were okay...the quality of comforts of the beds were not:(

the smell of harsh cleaning supplies was gross that you can’t open the window in the rooms at all not even a small gap for some fresh air. the I door pool area wasn’t heated so once you left the pool it was freezing cold. the outdoor hot tub wasn’t working .

Although we did not use the pool there was an indoor and outdoor pool along with a playground my kids loved. The breakfast was perfect for a quick meal before heading back out on the road in the morning.

The rooms are a little outdated and "felt" dirty. No doubt they were clean but the old upholstery and carpet made it feel dirty. Beds were also slightly uncomfortable. Wish there were USB outlets.

The beds were very comfortable in a room with great space. The staff were kind & the breakfast was perfect for our waffle & oatmeal loving family.

My only 2 complaints might be the decor of our room being outdated & dark but honestly who cares as it was clean & comfortable. My main complaint which was a little more of a big deal & the only reason I didn’t rate our stay a 10 is that the water pressure was almost nonexistent on our main level room, which made showers a little frustrating.

Location was very easy to get to and provided easy access to the main street of town. Be sure to request a room that faces *away* from the highway, as I did. Room was very clean and functional. Pool (indoor and outdoor) felt great after 100+ degree day. Be sure to ask the front desk for local places to eat and don't settle for the big chains near the hotel.

The pool is so slippery in on corner spot watched 2 women fall and my 14 year old daughter who was walking also fell. Needs to be fixed

Simple

Property was good. Getting out of the parking lot onto the road adjacent was a study in short life expectancy. Traffic on that road, especially when attempting to cross to the far side to make a left out of the parking lot, is challenging.

The indoor pool and hot tub were our main reason to stay. Our 7 yr old granddaughter lives in St George. We get her for the night and we all swim for several hours each day. Lucky for us, the rest of the hotel is awesome.

I stepped on a piece of glass in my room and cut my foot. Glass can be hard to see when cleaning but I also had a used (hairy hairy) razor blade in the bathroom. The room was NOT dirty but could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
