All that I answered on the previous screen - check in, breakfast, cleanliness, all was great.

I assumed I got fresh towels daily and garbage would be emptied. And I never could get the wifi to work. Not a deal breaker for me, but frustrating when I thought it was available.

The property is conveniently located for our needs when traveling. Even knowing the issue I don’t like below we would stay here again.

The shower floor in Room 102 has a functional problem. This is the second time I’ve been in this room and the shower doesn’t drain properly. It literally drains into the whole bathroom floor. This is a handicapped room, it’s a real slip and fall issue for me so I didn’t shower this time knowing the problem.

Very clean. The staff let me check in earlier than the listed check in time. I didn't realize we arrived so early until we got into the room and realized that they never made a fuss about us even checking in earlier, that was really nice.

The hot breakfast and the hotel staff was very nice. We had to wash some clothes and the lady at the front desk had change. The gym is located next to the pool and was really clean.

1/2 way to our destination, lots of amenities

Check in staff was not educated how to do check in of online booking. she lost our reservation, then found it. (weird) Then I called booking.com and they said you were overbooked.. which wasn’t true either. This ended up in us being refunded. We didn’t pay for our stay because of improper training

Great staff, breakfast, rooms etc. We had stayed here the week before and arrived late with our room not ready/clean and Heather at the front desk had to do three jobs that night including cleaning our room at 11:00 pm. She was such a gem and we so appreciate her above the top help and service. The manager was great at discounting our stay for the issue and we wanted to support this hotel for all the great customer service so we made sure to rebook at this location on our way back to Colorado. 5 stars all the way, thank you all so much and many blessings!

Loved the setup, loved that soaps and shampoo etc were in large easily accessible containers. Nice hotel, great location, great staff

The shower had only 2settings, hot to extreme hot. Could not take a shower. Meant to share that. I think it was room 320. But definitely the 3rd level

Due to COVID it’s grab and go breakfast- I was really surprised the breakfast sandwiches were really good along with the to go box - pool is small along w/ hot tub but it’s very clean - that’s the only downside is the size of pool - but for a small town is located in a great location close to fast food restaurants and not too far from grocery stores - it was nice and quiet and had a great nights sleep - plenty of clean towels and hot water for shower was good - I would stay here again

There was a clean, comfortable, and quiet room available! Loved the clean comfy beds! Responsive service! Very nice updated property! And the breakfast was one of the better quality breakfasts we’ve had in properties similar to this one - hot food offerings as well as cold.

Minor issues - hot water in the tub wasn’t working, but a call to the desk and they had us back in order right away! Also, the tub was slow draining on the faucet use. Also - the coffee in the room 🙁. Keurigs would really be awesome!

The staff was great, welcoming and helpful. Our dog was welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t feel (smell) like we were staying in a dog kennel like some dog friendly stops. Nice breakfast offered . Good location off the highway for easy arrival and departure. Gas options close by as well.

Can’t think of anything. Only fast food close by, but we researched the spot and knew this from other reviews.

Decent location for our road trip. Clean, nice room and breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.

It was a little hard to get the door to latch. Had to slam it. I think other people may have had the se problem cause we heard a few doors slam. But this little issue wouldn't keep us from booking again.
