Perfect for getting far away from city life. We went to watch the meteor shower. Staff were super accommodating, the facility was great for us and our pups. Decent breakfast and the area for the dogs to potty was clean, the grass was well maintained, and bags were provided.

Moses Lake. This area is sketch and the crime rate is very high. Drug use is visible. Our dog was violently attacked by another dog on premise and was injured. While this isn't the fault of the hotel, I will say the trauma of it all means I will not be back in that city ever.

The rooms are nice sized. The beds are quite comfortable (best ones we've stayed in over the past three weeks of nonstop travel), and each bed had five pillows. And the pillows were comfortable also! Shower is a solid glass sliding door -- so much nicer than a shower curtain. The breakfast here is exceptional. There were so many offerings -- sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, sausage links, pan-fried potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal, breakfast empanada, yogurt (even lactose-free), fresh fruit, cereal. On top of it all, they are pet-friendly. We didn't have our dog with us on this visit, but we had her on a prior visit and they love dogs. They have a dog treat jar at the front desk, and your dog is allowed in the lobby (where they have a table with chairs) if you want it with you at breakfast (the dog just isn't allowed in the breakfast room). They have a small fitness room if you're so inclined, and there are numerous fast food restaurants nearby (as well as Shari's (similar to Denny's) and Bob's for a sit-down meal.

No complaints whatsoever.

Love the staff. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating!! The food for breakfast was also great. The room and facility is not super fancy but it did the job. The price you pay is definitely worth it because of the amazing staff and customer service.

Vents could be cleaned and airconditioner could also be updated (just suggestions). Since it’s not carpeted, my feet got really dirty and I didn’t bring socks (my fault).

I LOVED that the windows actually opened. Pet peeve of mine if they don’t I get claustrophobic and then there’s no way to air out a room (having done housekeeping in the past myself) if it doesn’t. Also super loved that there was a water machine (bottled) in the gym.

Bed frame squeaky, decorative pillow dirty (didn’t see any easy way for the cover to be removed for housekeeping to do so even if they had extras), elliptical in poor condition (make clunking noise with movement).

Everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. If you like a softer bed, I'd suggest you bring a foam topper with you. This is not a complaint...just a heads up.

What I didn't realize is, the hotel is PET friendly. It's my own fault for not knowing this. It didn't occur to me to check. Now...this isn't a complaint, because it's my responsibility to investigate everything about any hotel I stay...but just letting others know, if you'd prefer to stay where no pets have been, you may want to look for a different hotel. Dogs were barking in rooms close to ours. Some guests seem to think it's OK to leave their dog alone in the room, to bark ongoing throughout the day.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offerings are plentiful. Room is a good size and bed/pillows are comfortable. I like the shower with glass doors as opposed to a shower curtain. Plenty of parking. Lots of dining choices nearby and right off of the interstate. Oh, and they are pet friendly. They even have dog treats at the front desk. I highly recommend staying here if you want to spend the night in the area.

The rooms were great, Enjoyed the larger fridge than a standard hotel room. LOVED that the hotel is pet friendly! Also, since we were with friends, it was great to have the BBQ area to hang out together. We would definitely stay here again if the we are in the area!

Our room was on the end and the door slammed loudly, which woke us up during the night and early morning. It would be nice if the door had a soft close mechanism. Also, when we used the BBQ there weren't any large platters or cutting boards to use for our meal prep. It would be nice if the staff had access to such items for those who use the BBQ area. Thank you!

Very helpful friendly staff. Jaime, the front desk manager, was wonderful and welcoming. The manager made sure we got an ADA room for our wheelchair bound elderly mother. Sharon in the breakfast room is a ray of sunshine and an absolute delight. We got to breakfast 15 min before it ended and the eggs had just been pulled. Sharon graciously offered to make eggs just for us (declined her sweet offer). Her biscuits and gravy were the best! Breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. The breakfast room was very clean and tidy. The guest room was large, clean, comfortable and had a lovely equipped kitchen. Toiletries provided were great quality and fairly large. Lots of parking. Close to gas stations, restaurants and the freeway. Overall the facility was very clean and well maintained. The price was excellent.

That we couldn't stay longer. The next day was french toast day!

We love this place and always stay on our way through the area. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, lots of pillows, nice sized towels. They are pet friendly and only charge $10/night for your pet. The flooring in the room is appreciated as water wipes up easily and the floor is so much cleaner than if it were carpet. The breakfast buffet has many choices and the sausage gravy is actually good! We certainly recommend staying here.

It was hot as hades outside! FOFL! But our room a/c kept it nice and cool inside.

The breakfast was good when there was some. The first day, we had to ask for more items to be put out as they were all empty. Yes we were in time. We did notice the maids getting there plates, which we understand they are allowed but they could at least wait till the guest were all served. Like maybe have their options in the little kitchen not inthe main dining area. The second day they totally were out of several choices.

Everything was ok, nothing that we didn't like comes to mind.
