Days Inn by Wyndham Black River Falls - Access to ATV Trail

I enjoyed the breakfast, its one of the reasons i came back to this hotel. We thiught we didn't have a fridge in our rom and went down to the service desk and come to find out the fridge is hidden in the dresser and the guy came down to the room to make sure we had one in the dresser.

There should be a note on dresser to indicate the fridge is inside the dresser. I am sure I am not the only customer to ask where the fridge is.

I loved the showers, air conditioning, beds, and the breakfast was perfect! The hotel staff were all friendly and polite- I spoke with 3 different staff so it was great!

The layout is a bit confusing, but I stuck with the route and was given a map. I believe our room was a smoking room prior. I didn’t notice, but my friend commented. She is a smoker and I am not - but was NOT noticeable to me and didn’t smell anything.

Did not have the breakfast but it looked good. Room was well appointed. Single cup coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave worked well. Enough reachable outllets. Bed had three pillows, each a little different so you can choose the one you like. Wi-Fi worked well.

The only complaint is that the hot water takes a minute to come out of the faucet. The couch was not comfortable.

The room we got this time was better than the first time we stayed. It was cleaner, larger, and more comfortable. AC worked great. Nice TV & breakfast.

The microwave is a little outdated. Also, there was stains all over the small couch in our room that looked to be red/brown in color. We notified the front desk & were told it was ketchup and he’d leave a note for house keeping.

Right off the interstate, several food choices within walking distance, clean facilities with a friendly staff.

The bathroom door was so damaged that it was almost impossible to open and close.

The room was spacious, clean, and not dated.

Not a fan of the rubbery egg omettes. The contintental breakfast items reminded me of something off a canteen truck.

Great access to the trails for atv riding the food was pretty good and easy access to the pool and hot tub and not overcrowded pretty laid back stay

Didn't sleep the greatest mattress was pretty stiff and bathroom extreme small but other than that was pretty good

I did like the room for the value, and located well. The breakfast was good, I had a waffle...I like that waffle machine! The staff was fine.

In a hotel/motel there is extraneous noise...I know that. I know it is a fact and really can't be helped. At times I did hear some noises from the room next door...but that is just part of the landscape. Really though...I would say I liked 98% of the stay and didn't like about 2%. I have paid almost double the price in different areas and had a much worse room and stay.

Breakfast was great , loved the pool - didn’t like the looks of the spa so didn’t try it.

Trouble with tv remote

Excellent location, staff was very friendly and helpful. Spent one night, great value.

Facilities are a bit "tired", but everything was clean.
