The room was spacious and well equipped. The room temperaturre was great when we arrived, It was nice to have the AC on. The bathroom was clean and the shower head was fantistic -- the water flow was powerful but in a gentle way. Very pleasant.

There is nothing of importance to mention here. I suppose the only thing we noticed is that there was no clock in the room, We had an early wake-up and would have appreciated an alarm. However, we had phone alarms, so all was well. I mention this simply because in most hotel rroms there is a clock.

handicap parking at casino entrance is quite far from the entrance. We were traveling with someone in a wheelchair. Also - the casino gave us account cards and told us they put $10 to start with for signing up. The cards were blank. The casino should not stop serving alcohol. The bingo hall should have alcohol. The bingo hall should not stop serving beverages/soft drinks (water!) at 7:30 when the event goes until 8:30.

The decor throughout the entire facility is beautiful. The concept of having different "towers" where rooms are located makes it seem even more fancy. The [king] room is gorgeous, & having a walk in shower is handy. Having a few food vendors on location is nice, too. Also, the attached convention center (not to mention the casino) makes the entire experience worthwhile.

A continent breakfast is never a downfall, especially when one has an entire family traveling with. It would have been nice to not have to pay for some of the food (even snacks).

Clean, comfortable bed. Very nice accommodations. Shuttle service to and from Lambeau Field.

Just because you can get away with dinging somebody $426.20 for a one-night stay because it's game day doesn't mean you should. I checked price and availability for the same night, the following weekend when there was no game, and the price was $130.58. I understand supply and demand, but this kind of crap should be illegal. Not sure how the people running this place sleep at night, knowing what they're up to.

The room was nice the view was over the roofs and nothing to write home about. The parking was ok.

The tub would not drain. It really didn't seem like they Swept the floor, as the bathroom had tissue and dirt on the floor. The bathroom fan did not work. The lid was broke off the kerig but still worked.

The room was enormous! loved that it was attached to the casino so we didn’t have to go outside. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

The only downfall was the temperature in the room, we tried adjusting it and it would just blow cold air then hot air on and off all night would never shut off and it was quite loud. we would’ve turned it off but it was freezing (18 degrees outside lol)

They only had one room reserved under my name when I booked two rooms thru Booking.com Not sure if this was a hotel issue or Booking.com issue? Luckily they had rooms available so I got a second room. They were nice and gave me the same price for second room, price I booked thru Booking.com This could of been a terrible opps, I have stayed in the area many times before and generally this hotel is full with no available rooms.

Everything was just great!

Cafe doesn’t stay open for those of us late bingo players. Other venues do, but the food selection at those places doesn’t measure up to the Cafe. Candy bars, and chips aren’t really food like burgers and fries are. I realize that after bingo is rather late, but even if we could count on one or two food service outlets in the casino, that would be helpful.

Access to casino and easy on and off hwy.

Well the extra loud heater/AC unit. Couldn't sleep after getting to room at 1230am. Was so loud and rattley. Went to front desk at 6am to complain and was greeted nicely by 1 employee who then spoke to another and was blown off with " there's nothing we can do about it"

The location is perfect. It, as a facility has a lot to offer and is beautiful.

The room had one small garbage can. Not enough space for luggage and extras with 4 adults. If I am not reimbursed for the add on amenities charge, which I see as a scam people will hear about it.
