The location on the airport property is excellent. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is fine as a place to sleep, there is a decent breakfast.

I think they need to pay a little bit better attention to their housekeeping details. We stayed there about a month ago just when the clocks were changing from daylight saving time to regular time. As it happens, we stayed in the same room, by accident, I suppose, this stay and discovered that the clock had not been changed. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. These are small things, but it seems to indicate to us that they are not inspecting their product as well as they could.

Quiet and clean. Looked pretty modern to me, even though they had 'renovations coming soon' signs all over. Breakfast was the usual sausage or bacon and eggs; waffle maker, and cold cereal. Service was friendly and efficient. FREE BEER on tap from 4-6 pm! About a 15 min drive to the downtown area.

I'm nitpicking now; but, It's at the airport so the only other things close by are a casino (which I'm told has decent food) and a few gas stations

Breakfast was very good. Sarah T. was the staff person at breakfast. She was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by how she did her job - especially how thoroughly she cleaned tables, kept breakfast items replenished, and how she was ready to help anyone who needed assistance with anything.

The pillows were extra thick and firm, and while that might be just what some people like, I need a softer pillow that’s not so thick to be easier on my neck. Perhaps they could supply at least one softer pillow - there were four pillows on our bed.

Your night staff person was awesome! It was 11:00 at night and she was cheerful, smiling, and engaging. It was a nice change of pace from the usual grumpy night crew at most hotels. The room was incredibly quiet, especially for being practically on an airport runway. The bed was very nice. If I have a complaint it was the hideous broken foam pillows....uncomfortable and weird. Love your toiletries!

I wish it had been clearer that my card was actually going to be charged vs kept on file when I planned to pay in cash. I was even told I could not pay for my two nights in advance. And in spite of it being called an authorization, my bank took it out just the same. Benji who answered my questions about it when I called was very nice but it's still money I'm anxiously awaiting to return to my account. If I had realized this, I would have kept the cash and let them just charge the card

roomy clean and comfortable

there was no pool however we didn’t have time to take advantage of it this trip if there was one. there was only one washcloth in the room, they didn’t reset the lotions etc. in the bathroom and there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. We stayed in three separate rooms at different times during this trip and in each one this was the case

Liked every thing about this hotel and location . The morning shuttle is always excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like was the evening shuttle from the airport it always took forever and the contact was bad trying to reach the service that is around the 10pm times last two times I traveled and stayed at your hotel.

Place itself is very nice and great location.

Bathroom is so narrow by tub with door right on top practically Did not like that thought it was unsafe. Should be walk in shower. Would have liked if they had senior discount.

Location was convenient off of hwy. Did not participate in breakfast; it was finished up before we were able to attend.

Price! But in comparison to the next eve in Sault Ste Marie, you win for the value/price comparison!

The location was perfect! Next to the airport. I would have been nice to have some type of evening foods. I went across to the Radisson for dinner and wine. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Also, I would like to compliment you on the shuttle driver!!!!! She was so positive and responded to my need to get to the airport! I didn't realize that I needed to make arrangements at least 4 hours in advance. Amazing personality and willingness to take me back with short notice! Her "can do" attitude was very appreciated!!! She's an asset to your organization!!!

The breakfast offerings were extremely carb laden. It would have been nice to have some other protein choices besides milk (for those of us who are lactose intolerant), yougurt (high sugar), and peanut butter (also high in sugar).

Best Hotel I have stayed at in Green Bay. Facilities and staff brilliant.

The location is a fair track from Lambeau but you know that when you book. The exercise did me no harm though !
