exceptionally clean, very friendly staff very basic hotel with everything you need

Mainly things that were out of the staffs control - we did request a quiet room, and though they did put us at the end of the hall, above us kids raced back and forth most of the evening and early morning - but it was quiet at night …until the snow plow came around 330am. Ironically, . . our only other complaint was that the road and parking lot was not plowed when we arrived. Everything was snow covered, and it was hard to see the entrance, even the approach to the door was full of snow. There was a pretty nasty storm, so guessing the Baymont must have been pretty far down the list for cleaning, and by morning, the plows had come around again and the parking lot was fine.

The staff were friendly. The facility was clean. It was very quiet. We were there for a family trip. The pool and hot tub were great temperature and always clean with lots of towels.

The only awkward thing was when we went to eat breakfast, there was a staff staring intently at what you were grabbing or selecting. You could tell she was the one prepping because she went in and out of the room with supplies. There were signs asking not to take your food back to the room.

Breakfast was very good and the room comfort very good as well. Bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice finding all the lamp fixtures were equipped with 110 volt outlets and USB charging ports.

Sounded like the hallway was being vacuumed at about 8:00 AM the first morning. The carpeted area outside the elevator entrance on the third floor smelled like someone had vomited on it.

The room was very clean & was very comfortable! Staff was very friendly & answered questions we had!

Nothing to complain about just wish we could book this location other times we visit the area but they are all booked up by for those dates! Guarantee bookings by large groups that we go see while we are in the area reason for our visit!

for breakfast: 1. fresh fruits - more fresh fruits would be appreciated; 2. instant oatmeal and small cereal boxes - plain (not sweetened) instant oatmeal packages would be appreciated;

that the shower in the pool area is not closed - so you cannot take a shower after/before pool without a swimming suite, so the shower is not that useful.

On a culdesac so very low traffic. Good restaurant across the street called Sweet Basil. Fantastic Italian food and good bar and bartender.

Bathroom needed attention to slow running sink and re-caulking in shower. Parking lot had huge holes and needs resurfacing.

Staff , amenities, room, breakfast.. Pretty much everything!

Of course I know that scarcity makes prices go up, but this was overpriced compared to other comparable hotels in the north of America

We enjoyed our room. The bed and facilities were comfortable and clean. The pool area was very nice. Breakfast area was clean and had a light variety of foods. Staff was polite and helpful.

The room, and pool area were nice.

The breakfast for over $200 + night wasn't as nice as other hotels with less of a price tag. More hot options, better bread options.

I liked that the pool stays open for adults from 10 to midnight. we arrived later in the evening and it was nice that we still got to enjoy the pool and hot tube for a few hours before going to bed.
