Quality Inn & Suites

Staff was very helpful and always available to assist me with any issues I may have. The pool was great and I had it all to myself. Oh the hot tub was awesome.

Someone kept putting the lock on the back door to stay open. This let anyone to get into the hotel. I would turn it off and then I did tell the front desk that I had found it like that 2 more times. They were going to check out their cameras and see if they could see who was doing it.

I wish I remembered her name... the lady that was at the counter, she had told us she had a disability...... Was very friendly and had a great personality! The breakfast was really good. Also loved the theme of our room. of our room.

The guy that was at the counter when we checked in.. He wasn't welcoming or friendly at all. We didn't notice the steps to get into the bed until the next morning.... Getting into the bed was a little difficult, getting out of bed was fine.

I came this way for a funeral and was not familiar with the area. This hotel is very convenient to the HWY. I could and did easily walk next door a couple buildings away to a nice family restaurant. The lobby and breakfast area is very nice and my room was actually a suite and was beautiful with pretty antiques too. The desk was very helpful with directions to get me to IA in the morning.

Great, plenty of variety

Shower definitely needed to be replaced. Woman at the desk the day we arrived was wonderful. Man at the desk when we left was definitely in the wrong line of business. Don't even think of asking him a question as he will bite your head off. Wasn't just us, I overheard him with another customer as well.

We booked a whirlpool suite. The whirlpool in our room was huge. We were the last room in the back of the hotel, it was so peaceful. I shopped prices and this hotel was by far a better price. Thank you for the great stay! We will definitely be back!

Can't say we had any complaints.

The staff was thorough. Explained how their technology was old, because of that certain allowances needed to be made.

The furniture was old, though the antiques were interesting. The water pipes in the shower were noisy.

Hotel very nice. We used a queen suite. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was disappointing. There was not much to choose from and the only protein on the menu was yogurt.

Breakfast as stated above. The mirrors surrounding the whirlpool. Please loose those. They are impossible to keep clean and make the overall appearance of the room shoddier.

Easy to find. Staff was good. Good food close by. Older motel but decently maintained and very clean.

Steep steps to go to second story with heavy suitcase. First floor room would have been better. That's my fault I should have asked.

rooms were nice and good beds

breakfast horrible, all sugar items which are bad for diabetics or anyone that watches carbs and doesn’t eat sugar!! no elevator for people that have bad knees or hips, or have heavy items like oxygen concentrator to carry up stairs.

The property was clean and close to the location of our event.

I would like to know— before I sign up for a property— whether they are serving a breakfast as advertised, or whether they are still doing the “grab and go” procedure. The bagged breakfast does not add value to the facility. Not being up front with this info until after I’ve made a booking I see as the fault of booking.com.
