Room was clean, pet friendly and private. When we checked in our desk gal was wonderful!! She stated she was pretty new, been there a couple weeks. We had an issue with out tv remote and she came to our room twice to help. We got it figured out. Good price and location! Wonderful pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. We will be back!

Walking outside to go to pool and breakfast because pet friendly rooms are in a separate building. It was extremely cold the 2 nights we stayed otherwise it would not have been an issue. We really enjoyed the privacy and our room!! Our bed was so comfy!!

It was ok. All I did was sleep there. This was the second time I was there, and I have a few more weekends I will be going.

Although all staff didn't greet or acknowledge me at the front desk, the majority did. As for breakfast, I'm a diabetic, so sugary breakfast is not the ideal breakfast. Maybe incorporate some fruit or protein. Overall, it was a good stay.

Breakfast was ample to get the day started. The location is great for out of town travelers.

Unfortunately, the TV in my room didn't work but, I got into town late and did not want anybody coming at the late hour to fix it. Also, oddly, the curtains hanging over the air conditioner were not fully connected. I had to get a chair to hang a half dozen hooks from the curtain to the rod. House-cleaning should have caught this.

We didn't eat the breakfast - went across the street to Maxine's Restaurant. The heater/air conditioning unit was nice and quiet. Some hotels are very noisy. Enjoyed the hot tub/whirlpool, but it needs painting. Main pool was too cold for us.

Needed directions on how to use the coffeemaker in the room! TV remote didn't work very well - almost impossible to turn On and Off. Reception was bad at times due to weather. It seemed like the first price offered on booking.com was less than we were actually charged 9both before taxes).

This hotel is a good value and meets necessary standards. It's comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. We've stayed there during the holidays three years in a row. We like it.

The snow shovel was broken and snow was piled up around the entrance until the last day of our visit. Someone finally shoveled. How do you haul your suitcases over piles of snow? Very carefully.

The rooms were fairly clean could use more attention to clean the restroom area and left empty toilet tissue on the holder. The heat was off when we got into room and was very cold. Also there was ice out side of entryway and almost fell. The lobby had a fireplace but was not on. I think that would have been nice to sit down by the fire and enjoy breakfast. We also didnt use the pool but when you walked past it looked very cloudy and the hot tub was closed off.

We really liked Sadie, she was friendly, very personable, she was a very good host. Wish there were more people like her.

Not complaining, but our bed had like mattress springs that we could feel, and the mattress, was not smooth, had some bumps in it, but it did what it was suppose to do, helped us sleep. Also, wished the sink was inside the bathroom, for privacy for men.

Convenient to downtown. Room was clearly updated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Mini fridge and microwave in the room was a bonus. Nice swimming pool.

Several of the guests were out drinking in the parking lot. Some details in the room weren’t as clean as we would have liked especially in this age of COVID. Ie the air conditioner controls were pretty filthy, table had a few crumbs, one of the bed had oil stains on a sheet. We always bring antibacterial wipes whenever we stay at a motel and wipe down all the knobs, light switches, Tv remote, handles, etc because you just don’t know. Not a deal breaker and it’s a good value for a hundred dollars a night on a Friday night. Just a-little more attention to detail. Would probably stay again.

The breakfast was just fine for me. The facility was clean, quiet plus the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I found nothing to dislike. The location was in close proximity to everything that I needed.

the size of the room was great

the room was clean but it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. there was dirt on bathroom floor that you looked at while going to the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was really rusted. not a big deal for me but may bother others
