The room was the bomb.com. (hot tub room) Aesthetically pleasing hotel and room Super comfy bed. Welcoming check-in

No free breakfast The buffet at the restaurant was less than a continental breakfast at other Holiday Inn’s, cost us the price of a McDonald’s breakfast, and a tip on the original cost of the meal. Curtains should close on first floor-creep when walkers are 2 feet from your window and there is just a sheer curtain. (no sidewalk just rude people)

Breakfast was outstanding. We were close to the pool which was nice for my granddaughter. Staff were super friendly. The location was perfect for our travel destination. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable. We will get King beds next time since that is what we are used to. Pillows and bedding were comfy but the mattress was too soft in our opinion.

I did not like that I spent money on a family suite and it only slept 4 people. The website made it seem like we would be able to sleep 6. The bunk beds, the regular bed and then I thought a pull out couch. Kinda disappointed on that. I would have saved money and just got a regular room with 2 beds in it.

The beds were actually so comfortable which I find to not be the case more and more often with hotels. We all had great sleep, all the facilities were in great working order and staff was kind and helpful in the middle of the night when I needed cold medicine and my husband could go get it for me.

We've stayed here twice. Both times, the staff was professional, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are nice. We ate at the restaurant the first night and the meal was delicious, reasonably priced and our server was great. The only bummer was that the pool slide was not operational which we attribute to staffing difficulties. All around a great stay.

Quiet, on the edge of town, spacious, near Franny’s Family restaurant-new favorite place as there was not an open restaurant on-site nor breakfast at the hotel.

That there wasn’t breakfast handy. The bathroom shower was in need of repair of a small soap shelf that was clearly missing. Pool was under repair.

The front desk lady at check in was extremely sweet, efficient, and professional in accommodating myself and my service dog.

A housekeeper ran out to my car as I was leaving knocked on my window and demanded I tell her what room I was staying in because of my service dog, which I had already let the front desk lady know and she accommodated a 1st floor room for convenience. I was very offended by the way the housekeeper talked to me and told me my dog was not welcome at the hotel after I had already got permission to have her there as my service animal who was trained and certified by the VA.

Its convenient, clean and the staff is so friendly !

I just wish there was a water bottle refill station and my curtains weren't closeable curtains

property starting to show its age. I could have gotten the same quality room for less money somewhere else in town.
