National 9 Inn Gillette

Surprisingly nice place to stay overnight. It is definitely not new, quite outdated but very clean and comfortable. A breakfast in its own restaurant is included in the price and is very decent, with a few options to select. Don't expect anything extraordinary, but considering the price - is very good value for the money.

The only thing - the restaurant during breakfast time was quite crowded and only one person worked there, trying to serve all the people. She definitely tried her best, but anyway, I spent about 40 minutes just waiting to get my breakfast. Other of that everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The clerk took one look at me and changed the room that was booked for me to a ground floor room because I have a real hard time doing stairs. Breakfast was free with the room and in their actual Restaurant next door, you had a choice between 5 different meals and mine was good the waitress was really nice to.

The whole outside and halls could do with a good cleaning but the room was clean

Somebody needs to take some time and do some deep cleaning. The drapes are terribly dirty. This hallways and the stairs need really good cleaning. It's hard to complain because there's so many good things but cleaning really needs to be done!

The full service breakfast was awesome compared to the stale biscuits and cereals you get at the bigger chains. The waitress was very attentive and when I asked to be able to charge my tip as I had no cash, went out of her way to tell me it was her pleasure and not to worry about it. She should be given a raise. She was a very good ambassador of the hotel.

The walls are a bit thin as we heard the guest in the next room tv in the am and could follow the news.

comfortable room, nice bed, TV, microwave and fridge. clean and spacious. Awesome breakfast, nice choice of real breakfasts not one of the continental breakfasts.

dated decor 60's green formica counters and old tile. still for the value and everything that you do get this place is great. If you want fancy decor this may not be your place. But if you want a spacious comfortable room with an awesome breakfast this is your place

We paid less than 100 for this room and felt as if we were staying in a 4 star place. We were served a free sit down breakfast in the morning and it was pretty good. The lobby was nice and updated and the room was comfortable. We even looked at our next location for the same hotel.

Looks like they are updating a few things and while the rooms looked new and updated the doors were older. That’s about the only complaint I can come up with.

Locarion is close to everything. The downtown area is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Real close to the Buffalo Bill Museum . The people there are very nice. Every thing was nice and clean. Room 114 on 6.29.2021, it's in the corner and has bare floors, 2 bedrooms connected by a bathroom. Bathroom and floors look newly redone. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, bagels, doughnuts, milk, orange juice, coffee. Nothing fancy but everything was very nice. You can sit inside to eat but they have a nice patio outside we sat at.

Nothing except pool CLOSED at 8.30 pm, seems early but there are other rooms over by pool and that is why we were.told by staff, in respect of noise for those tenants.

The people. The staff. The overall execution of the deal. "We will give you what you need, in return we ask that you be honest." Oh! And the Reuben sandwich is amazing.

One can judge a loner from out of town. But the strength of the wolf is the pack. I'm not sure there is much to dislike, when realized the strength of the pack is the wolf.

Beds comfortable, lots of towels. Free breakfast was awesome, an actual menu, not just muffins and stuff. Real food, eggs, bacon, hash browns, etc. Everyone was friendly, great place.

Air conditioner was broke, they did tell us when we checked it wasn't working.

It looks like an old traditional Hotel where rooms look like old-style equiped but so clean and comfort - we really like it. We like big parking lot too. And an old woman in reception have been amazing - she looks like grandmother from a fairy tale.
