Clean and comfortable

We were given a voucher for $8 per person towards breakfast, which didn't cover the whole cost. We had been given the impression that breakfast was included and so didn't expect any extra cost. The hotel was short staffed and our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We were asked to come back later. There was nothing to do in Lander. Only good for a stop off point.

Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Excellent deal for the money and the wonderful FULL breakfast was at the attached restaurant. in addition to the breakfast a complimentary welcome drink was also available at the restaurant. it was good old fashioned hospitality for tired travelers. would definitely stay again and will recommend to my friends. 😊

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The only table in my room was too tall for comfortable use as a desk. I had to complete a large online project for work and had to sit on the bed with my laptop. I wished I had a lower table and simple desk chair, which I also needed for eating..

Rooms were clean. Bed was a welcome site.

Initially we had a rough time checking in. Desk was in a bad mood. After we left for an errand, we returned and the desk became very helpful. Our error on a room selection that I did not see as it put us in a pet room. My wife has pet allergies. once we got it straightened out, we were good to go.

All employees very friendly and accommodating. Cleaning crew wonderful. Best thing at this hotel is excellent location, can walk to just about everything. Also parking is great. Rooms nice sized The breakfast voucher is a nice perk, choose off menu, no sad buffet. However restaurant does need more staffing and better quality cooking

The pillows are AWFUL!! You must get much better pillows. Woke up 2-3 times a night trying to get comfortable. Also had aching neck every morning. That being said the bed was extremely comfortable. Also put out do not disturb sign out, which was ignored. Your restaurant for breakfast needs major help More staff and better cooking in the kitchen. Burnt bacon not acceptable

It was very convenient and the staff was EXTREMELY KIND. We received drink coupons when we arrived as well as coupons for breakfast. It was all very easy to use and the breakfast was wonderful. We took advantage of the pool. The pool was clean and pleasant. The ice machine was just down the hall and we took advantage of that too. Also, we loved that we could walk into town for lunch and dinner. In all, the Lander Inn was a GREAT place to stay.

We did not have a suite-- not their fault, but it would have been nice to have a fridge.

We got an exceptional value and the service was fabulous at breakfast. The front desk gave us a great referral for a dinner restaurant. The rooms were great. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

I can't think of anything needing improvement.

The room I stayed in, albeit a "pet room" (I had no pets), was beat up. Loose door handles, broken lock on window, and so on. I know this property has better rooms that this, so I took it all with a "grain of salt" approach.

The location was nice, easy walk to the downtown area where there are nice restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

The mean tickets for breakfast doesn't cover the full cost of the meal, they also only gave 4.50 for each of the kids ($8 for adults). The pool area needs some updates as the edges were falling apart.

Staff was great! Breakfast coupons were amazing, although the food was not. LOVED the size of the room and location. Pool was cute and it has a hot tub. Having a fridge and microwave was amazing.

Outdated and could use new carpet.
